This Is my Variations of a 100 year old classic Potato recipe . Famous all around the world by the name of hasselback potatoes this recipe is said to be invented in 1950's in stockholm , Sweden And is certainly the best way of cooking potatoes . Potatoes are sliced thinly and brushed with a spice oil mix then slow baked in the oven to open up the layers of potato while making it crispy from the outside and soft on the inside. This recipe takes a little time to bake then other potato recipes but requires very less work to make 80% of the work is done by the oven . This recipe has become my absolute favorite potato recipes I have reinvented so far.
