Disguised Toast gets to Top 100 Legend with a 100% Winrate, playing Quest Mage before the new Hearthstone expansion: The Witchwood Subscribe to Disguised Toast 2: / @disguisedtoast2 Edited by: / voidgimmick
shout out to the two obvious bot accounts that joined on the same day trying to emulate a genuine convo by commenting at the same time on a 3 year old vid :)
"Old Toast"? Wasn't this a few days ago? :o Other than the fact that you play some other games on stream now as well, I don't think that much changed. Love all the videos you've been uploading lately, by the way!
tbh i think toast is a very cool and funny guy, yet after he joined this house of streamers with those real life streams and with the girls and stuff then the chat became really toxic it would be cool if he could go back to what he was before, also to his main channel
It's a really good thing he covered his name before anyone could rewind and pause the video. Otherwise we would all know his name was really "Witchwood Hype"
I'm not an experienced quest mage player, but that first game was pretty fucking epic. I didn't know you could use Antonidas like that without the apprentices.
yea thats my point, it gets shit on by aggro most of the time and it is hard to play, but a lot of people watching will be like "O 100% winrate in high legend this deck must be OPOP" when in reality Toast is just really good with it and got some good matchups as well
Please note that after he hit top 100 he started losing A LOT to combo priests with this deck. Just saying this because anyone looking to replicate the performance should watch out for that.
33:17 actually, that was a misplay; you should've played the antonidas on the left. This is because your opponent can see, where the card comes from and therefore he can see, that it's from a simulacrum, which means you must have another one on hand. This could give you a disadvantage in some cases.
Freeze mage was always one of my favorite decks, and once I learned about Exodia mage from your website I can't stop playing it. Thank you for all the content you've done for the community, Hearthstone, Fortnite, all of it. Watching you enjoy playing all these games is what makes the content the best :)
Leisure he knows this that’s why he said it shouldn’t not “this mechanic isn’t working” he just thinks you shouldn’t need only one original spell to start a chain of infinite fireballs
there is no way to nerf ice block and preserve the card. it's a mage secret, so mana cost is out of the question. it shouldn't be a copy of the rogue secret. it can't deal the lethal damage and then make you immune, that would just kill you. any other kind of change would be the equivalent of removing ice block and replacing it with an entirely new secret. so it should either be left alone or hall of famed. personally, i'll be down right pissed if witchwood doesn't give mage enough survivability to make up for the loss of iceblock. because iceblock was what made control mage possible. control mage is barely even good now. it suffered when reno left, it'll suffer when block leaves. barrier, jaina, and artificer are not enough to protect the control mage archetype in standard
Got clickbaited by Witchwood thinking there would be announcements or interaction videos............spent 15 mins speeding through ur average Toast quest mage highlights montage FML
yeah top legend| quest mage| etc etc I definitely expected/enjoyed a lot of the quest mage highlights part otherwise I wouldn't have spent FIFTEEN minutes going through the 1-hour video I would just skip to the end to see if there's any witchwood stuff there
Stop with this shit, I don't get why people are complaining. One it's not clickbait, two, the titles do help bring in new viewers. Also can 12 year old kids stop calling everything cringe please.
Speak for yourself. This is my first Toast video and I probably wouldn't have watched if it wasn't for the title. (Granted I did fall asleep watching this because I know nothing about heartstone).
naisu, but gooood xd i hate quest mage, i have one too, but is too braindead to play :c it feels like u win without playing the same game as your foe xd, u just win for the sake of playing that deck
