I made a Game Boy game last year. 

The idea of using a pixelart sprite as an animated youtube avatar for videos is so simple and obvious but still I've never seen anyone do it before. The quality of this video was top notch, keep up the good stuff💪

The problem gamedev always have is that playing their game kinda gets boring for a few hours in, thats why its good to have play testers for the games u do, tgeres a saying in gmtk i think, that randomize games are for the devs and the linear games are for the players, because playing the game u made over and over takes a toll on enjoymemt coz u already know the ins and outs of your game, theres no surprises anymore

Lavo putting herbs in the suit would work really well as a reference to plague doctors, who would put good smelling flowers in those long nose masks of theirs :D his design reminds me of them

I'm a guy that always second guesses myself, feels bad about the art/music I make because it's not "perfect" I guess. For what it's worth, this game looks really cool. I am a big fan of cute chibi type graphics, so your character and level design are right up my alley. A lot better than anything I've tried to make in GB Studio for sure. I guess my point is, everyone is their own worst critic, so try not to be too hard on yourself because you have talent in my opinion! I subscribed to you also. Have a good one!

I struggled using GB studio ,I wanted to make a simple game Zelda style with just a few areas ,I struggled just making a title screen
