Thank you, really fascinating and inspiring! 🌟 Just few questions: 1. What CAD software are you using to design assemblies with 300+ parts (like the Galactic Nova mechanical sculpture)? 2. What orientation are you using to print those plastic screws? I'd go vertical, standing on the cap, but this way they might snap in half, getting stuck in the part you're screwing them into and ruining it... 3. How do you tune the filament extrusion to make printed parts' dimensions accurate enough for them to fit nicely together and at the same time to make those parts (i.e. screws or crankshafts) be strong enough?
1.I use Rhinoceras. 2.Screws are printed vertically. The strength is increased by increasing the infill rate to 100%. 3.Print settings are basically default.
