Today we will be taking Mutapa and transforming it into the most powerful Jewish power the world has ever seen in Europa Universalis 4! Mutapa has a very strong start thanks to the abundance of gold mines around it, but the achievement we are going for today, Hanukkah Mutapa, has us going to war constantly.
Let's convert the whole of Africa to Judaism together!

I actually managed to form Jewish mutapa but I discovered two huge problems: 1) your economy goes to hell because of all the production debuffs from non converted provinces and 2) the ottomans come down from the north like a green juggernaut. I don't really see any way to resist them they're so overpowered.

Regarding the thumb: It's 0,1% since it's a fairly new achievement. Don't get me wrong, it requires some skill of course... but for comparison IIRC Ambition of Abu Bakr has 1.4% or so and it's a fairly easy but obscure one.

why is christianity considered as a "heretic religion" and not "pagan" ?????

Paradox did alter the definitions a bit for game purposes. A heretic is someone who disagrees with mainstream, accepted religious belief (so a Catholic would indeed consider a Protestant to be a heretic), but a heathen is someone who specifically follows a non-Abrahamic/pagan religion, not just someone who follows a different religion from you. So it would not be normal for a Christian to refer to a Muslim as a heathen; it's more commonly applied to an indigenous population that is perceived as strange and uncivilized (like the Animist natives in EU4). However neither term is used very often in a modern context.

@@KinglessKing7 on the religion tab when you're Jewish the symbol for heretic religion is the catholic cross. This is just a default placeholder icon. In game Judaism has no mechanical heresies but the game still wants an icon for heretics so the catholic cross is used. It's a bit scuffed. Great video

I actually have a combination of mods that all come together to make it look like this, but the main one that changes the map is Graphical Map Improvements. 5:00 Sorry that this is my first comment in this channel but hard disagree on him. Used to watch him but i unrecommended him for personal reason. I might have come back but i'm glad i didn't because nowadays he have to make a decision to make his thumbnail as repulsive as possible and that estate thumbnail just happen to be one of the worst one, just look at it how could someone see that face and not want to beat the shit out of it?
