Easiest COCONUT BREAD LOAF in this video. I made this Coconut Bread Loaf 3 times already and I will make it again . This Coconut Bread is No knead Bread ,also no eggs and no butter needed. You can also adjust amount of sugar you use to make it healthy bread.
Coconut Bread
2 cups flaked or shredded coconut *
1and 3/4 cups milk
2 and 1/2 flour
2 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar **
* I tried both, coconut flakes and shredded coconut for this bread , you feel less coconut with flakes because they dissolve more and bread is more fluffy. With shredded coconut you will get more moisture in bread and coconut texture. I loved with flakes more but its totally personal preferences.
** use less sugar if you have sweetened coconut flakes like 3/4 cup is enough
