I’m just coming back to the game and I’m wondering why every class is basically using tarnished nightmare? I looked at the stats and I’m not that impressed, why is it so popular? Am I missing something?
-AOE damage proc -3 lines of crit chance -Instant damage proc -Applies the sundered status effect in an aoe (if you know what sundered does, you understand why tarnished is good)

$100 says Spectrum isn't your issue at all. Look at your modem, is it's model number one of these: E31N2V1, EN2251, or ES2251? Or, god forbid, an Arris modem? If so, you have a defective modem with the Intel Puma 6/7 chipset that is known to cause latency issues, i.e., LAG! There is no fix for it other than to swap it out with another brand, simple as that, then you will have a night and day difference. I should know, I work for them.
Ima tell you right now it’s spectrum. For some reason spectrum can’t deal with eso. It’s the only game that behaves this way for me and I’m on console.

depends on what skill you are using. for this build, any extra damage signature scripts will be good, but wont give you the burst that the sorc mastery gives. Ulfsilds, warriors opportunity, Sundering soul, Anchorite's Cruelty.
