Today I am cooking very delicious KETO Butter Garlic Shrimps With Mushrooms!
This recipe is very easy! I spent few minutes to cook my first meal of the day!
I fried shrimps using Ghee.
I cut mushrooms, one onion and five garlic cloves and added to shrimps. I continue cooking on medium heat, seasoning with salt, chili powder, red crushed pepper, black pepper and basil. I added more butter (2 tblsp)
I cut some fresh mint and added at the end when almost ready.
You can add more butter and let it cool down.
It was my first meal at 4:30 pm today and I was hungry. I added two boiled eggs to my one meal a day and few tomatoes. I dipped in delicious Tzadziki that I bought in Aldi.
