Mixed emotions. As a professional lifeguard and aquatic trainer for years, we had to use lifelike baby dolls to test staff. Never knew when or where. It was always absolutely frightening for the staff. Even knowing that it was possibly a test you were never sure. There have been staff that actually quit after a test even if they did everything right.
