Great builds! It's crazy how Ben can build these Hacksmith-level projects, especially the web shooters, without a warehouse full of parts and employees like the Hacksmith and even JLaservideo use.
That was awesome, you earned my sub with this vid. Engineers like you can make a huge impact on youtube and in real life. That part with the "Hey." was perfect!
that explenation for the more biological way ofmile's bioelectricity is pretty cool! would you mind if i used it (possibly with a few tweaks) to explain the powers of a superhero 've been trying to make? the explenation i had before was different but i also kind of like yours, another thing to take into account would be that you may need a magnetic field to guide the lightning, seeing as it may get grounded and not reach the desired target
Man that's a good point👀, I suppose lightning isn't really a projectile to can force in one direction. Feel free to use this explanation for your project, you can even use the animation if you want.
i have an idea you know these measuring tapes yeah well maybe try do one but making sorta "cooler" like there is some kind of button somewhere on the measuring tape and it would play a uno reverse on the whole mechanism inside the measuring tape so it go far without pulling it forwards i know it is very basic and there is probably already measuring tapes like that on amazon but anyways i wanna see that lol
@@BenRebuilt For gloves to climb a rope probably want a tons of short needles coming out of the gloves to dig into the rope and maximize surface area. But for some kind of winch up the rope could look into re-purposing an electric skateboard motor or handheld drill motor or other motor (depending on your budget) and have it winch you up from your belt. Best of luck for future projects man
@@BenRebuilt for the rope use kevlar, for the hook use a custom batarang, for the winch if you want to be comic accurate than use a spring similar to a tape measure. If you put periodic knots in the line then a half dowel with a hole drilled through on the palm and fingers, when you close your hand it will create a hole for the rope to slip through but not the knots. If that’s confusing look up Batman’s utitility belt and on the second or third image there should be a diagram describing the bat line.
@@BenRebuilt I’m trying to. I often don’t film my progress though. I’m almost finished, might post a short on my channel. I’ll tell you when it’s uploaded
if you’re planning to do more electrical stuff, do you think you’ll ever try an artificial spider sense? hacksmith made something like that, but I think they did it more so for the views that come with a Spider-Man video, rather than any actual practicality.
Now you gotta figure out How to make a full body suit one so that way it can flow through the suit like it does To miles Morales when it flows to his hands
