future tiny thing recommendations.. 1. freeze cheese before frying it to help the cheese not escape 2. If you want to get something to stop cooking from the oven.. the it off of the hot pan and get it on something that allows air to surround it

He needs a torch for creme brulee to melt the cheese, plus you can use it for lots of other things. I actually use a camping propane torch in the kitchen. It's a little bigger, but last a lot longer!

The cinnamon buns get square and soft from baking them together in a pan, then cutting cinnamon buns are also made with yeast bread dough. Using refrigerated biscuit dough makes a nice, quick substitute.

*To make TGI Friday’s Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks* Mozzarella cheese, flour, cornstarch, Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, milk, vegetable oil (for frying) Cut cheese sticks into long thick slices. Blend together the flour and corn starch in a bowl. Place cheese plank into the flour, then dip into a bowl of whole milk and then dip the cheese stick into the bread crumbs. Shake off excess bread crumbs and place mozzarella stick on a wire rack. Discard the flour. Repeat until all cheese sticks have been dipped once. When all of the cheese sticks have been dipped once place them back into milk, then into bread crumbs for the second time, and shake off the bread crumbs. Dip all cheese sticks into bread crumbs for the second time. Preheat vegetable oil to 350 for frying. Drop cheese stick into hot oil and fry until golden brown. This should take no longer than 1 minute. Remove cheese stick from oil and place on a wire rack to cool. Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.*
