I can't get over the disappointment of the sour patch kids pizza.

You're supposed to put hot chocolate mix inside the bombs with the marshmallows. The mix you used for the latte art would have been perfect inside your bombs. Also if you have a basting brush that helps spread the chocolate up the sides of your molds

To anyone who makes the cocoa bombs. Do multiple coats so the top rim is not so thin and doesn't break. Also make sure to use the right chocolate and fill with cocoa mix. I make a ton of these as gifts for family. They can be tricky to get right at first but once you do it's so much fun. Also to put them together it's easier to use a hot plate to melt one side and attach to the other. Hope this helps anyone looking to make them this Christmas! ❤

For the hot chocolate bombs I would have made the layers a LITTLE more thick just to prevent the melting before they were together also you were supposed to put hot chocolate mix inside the chocolate with the marshmallows

It’s a tea set from Marie Antoinette!!! Ok despite what Raph says, that is AWESOME! Ok history lesson time just so he knows where this idea came from: in the movie starring Kirsten Dunst, the court ladies drink a tea that is said to be Marie’s fav cuz the flower blooms in the cup. Back in that day that would have been a rare delicacy the French court may not have ever seen before. And ladies like me have ALWAYS wanted to find that tea. Glad someone made that tea set... even if I’m the only one. Lol. Good job on this Raph. Next time put a tiny bit of batter over the choco chips to avoid burning them... even though they didn’t burn, just a tip since those are popular. Love your vids. And happy holidays.

The trick for good stencilling is all in the milk froth. Same if you ever want to write something on "lattes" with liquid toppings (like chocolate syrup or so). Even without a machine, it's possible to have a good outcome!

for the pancake maker, if you put your batter in a squirt bottle, you can control how much batter goes where. great for making shapes even on a griddle.

For the cocoa bombs you can also heat a skillet on low and run the rim across to make a straighter edge. That’s how I did mine last year.
