I like this series but I feel like one thing you’re neglecting a bit is whether you’re actually providing a good service for these clients. Realistically you do not have experience in providing a pressure washing service and yet are charging a premium for it.

I think this is further proof that hard work does not always pay off. And if you dont have the ability to go into debt, you are screwed. Its rough out there. Stay strong. At least you can go for broke. Many people cant afford to without losing their homes/food/phone/etc

Enjoying the series and your look through at the effort going into to trying to make this work. However, on your breakdown of finances earned/spent toward your project/company you haven't included a pretty major one that is hours/time spent. It would be beneficial both for yourself and for the audience to have an understanding of the amount of time you have spent on the letters, door to door mailing, time with each customer, returned phone calls, time spent for free weed killing, time spent collecting materials/preparation, and time spent for pressure washing services. Compare that with minimum wage for your area and then calculate how much more (or less) you are earning/would earn. Again great series just think that when calculating income, time spent is often the most important factor that gets overlooked in these types of stories.

I have just discovered your channel, I would love to do that but in Spain we all live on flats and massive buildings, we don't have that type of houses with pavement and garden so this is impossible to do here sadly.

Maybe test the equipment before you're on their drive!!

Hi Jon, love the hustle man! keep it up. I do however have 1 concern, that you might want to look into. Some 'weed killers' can actually kill grass and plants as well, so you might want to look into that, and make sure the one you are using does not. It happened to me many years ago (doing my own property) and I could clearly see the 'overspray' on the lawn and in the garden, were the weed killer was blown onto, it kills grass and plants alike. So maybe just double check, and be careful with the overspray. Other than that, love the series, we are all rooting for you!

I think you should have a bigger list of services, like in-house jobs

The beauty of this is that your leads will turn into more leads over time, as they refer you to their friends and family. So over time, you can decrease that 200 letters per day as you'll have organic growth
