Happy Sunday Ariel , happy belated 🎂 birthday. I used to make my own birthday 🎂 cakes . My favorite cake is German chocolate cake 👎🏽👊🏽. Its been at least 33 years since I made my own cake. I hope you enjoyed your 😮cake even the crumbs 😋

Please don't open the oven once the cake is in the oven until the timer goes off. You're lucky it didn't effect the cake. A lot of the time your cake will be underdone. Other than that, you did real well. You did a better job at frosting that cake than I did with my first cake. My first cake was for my husband who didn't care what it looked like. He just wanted it to taste good and it did.
