Folks, STOP telling this lovely woman to stop talking so fast. This is how she talks, your criticism is not needed. Deal with it or don’t watch. She doesn’t talk too fast to understand. It’s a heck of a lot better than speaking too slow.

It’s like people still haven’t realised that you can change the playback speed of RU-vid videos! I have to play most videos at x1.5 or even x2 speed, so I appreciate her pace! You can slow down videos too!! Try it out people! Or turn on the closed captions to help aid comprehension!

This may be the most INFORMATIVE video I’ve watched since I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.. I recently lost a lot of weight but didn’t understand the spike in my blood sugars when I included a little more of the carbs I had recently given up…( now it makes sense) I’m still in the body fat losing phase… Thank you so much 🥰

Life changing RU-vid tip - you can change the speed of videos! I watch Autumn’s at normal speed but this is really helpful for slow talkers or when your short on time.

This is so interesting and it really makes sense. For me it’s hard to gain muscle, to get as much excercise in my weeks as I need… feeling that I don’t have the time! Lots of work and two children… I would love more tips on that! Love your channel❤

The Starch Solution, which is completely different than what you're recommending, has been taking the weight off for me. I'm eating sweet potatoes and rice all day long with veggies/beans, just like most of our ancestors have. So yummy and satisfying.

Can you make a video showing FDOE examples of the carbs you eat now, or reply with a short list of some of the items you now incorporate? I’m not at phase 3 yet, but I will be soon. If someone is walking often but does not carry very much muscle, and is carbohydrate sensitive, would they be ok to consume medium- high carbohydrates over 1 or 2 meals in the week? As a “treat” meal. Not crazy, but just have sourdough bread with their eggs, bacon and cheese for example once per week? Or would this be detrimental to their body comp goals?

It's hard to say, as I was of course doing both of these at the same time. But I didn't experience any weight loss when breastfeeding in the initial part of my weight loss journey, so i don't think it had a huge impact (at least for me).

The topic of carbs is more nuanced than just "don't eat them or do eat them". How much and what type of carbs we eat is going to be based on how active we are, if we're struggling with blood sugar control or if we have some other health considerations. As I noted in my video, eating starches doesn't work for everyone or where they're at in their wellness journey at that point. We need to be able to make adjustments as our body and goals change, too.

It’s not about this. You’ve made videos in the past of how bread is evil and now you are eating it. Just like Paul saladino who wrote a book about how carnivore is the ultimate diet and then started implementing fruits.
