Same! I think I prefer the movie, I definitely love the visuals and the stop motion really works well with the dark themes of the story! Thank you so much, It's very refreshing to hear that, since I do tend to mess up while talking a lot! I try to keep it in when I do though as it can be a little funny sometimes 🤭

@@CateSculpts I agree, the style and designs of the characters and scenery is gorgeous. I saw the movie before I read the book, and I was surprised by how dark the book is; like the book was so much creepier. It's a pleasure! I do that a lot too, and it makes me feel self conscious at times. That vulnerability and those imperfections are what allows us as an audience to connect with you. It makes you feel more 'real' and relatable to viewers when we don't see perfection all the time.

I've already grown and adapted my personality quite a bit since I started at the beginning of the year, and I really can't wait to keep going and show more of who I am along the way! And I'm so glad that you and so many others are willing to stay and watch through my journey, too! And honestly, it's a journey for all of us, since hopefully I'll be able to inspire people and show them things about sculpting, too 😁
