I've listened to this every day for the past week. It hurts in a beautifully familiar way, it reminds me that even though it's "weird" to most people and a lot, that I writing my best friend an essay on the ways he has made my life better is good. And that caring so much isn't a bad thing, that getting him a ukelele and making him feel understood is what I can do. And that taking pictures of him smiling to show him later, to remind him that happiness is always somewhere waiting for you. And that is the beauty I bring with me.
I've been suppressing myself for so long- and I've been meaning to find a way out of the mess and I cannot thank you enough for being a constant inspiration for me. Your art, the way you express yourself, the way you carry your light- it's all so admirable. Your willing to share your vulnerability with everyone just reassures me that it's completely okay to feel. To feel all of this. And that. So thank you for making this.
Wow, I have had this video saved in my "watch later slot." I guess I hit play when I needed it most. I am 43 & have spent 20+ of these years day dreaming, seeing beauty, loving but carrying the weight of the world at the same time. I've been blessed & have been loved unconditionally always. I have been in pain,have anxiety, don't get why 1 of 3 of mg babies passed away....but I decided on my worst day someone out there is having it way worse.... the kind of day I had in 2005. So I try to carry on. Remember I found my way. Then the world opened my heart & eyes in August. My daughter made me a Grandmother to the sweetest spirited baby girl. I've wasted too much time not living. Dreaming of all these amazing things, but never striving for a thing. I've took back my life, filled in some of my broken heart with love from my children, husband & this innocent baby girl. Now I found my way back to art too. So I am better, loving this world through her eyes, beauty around me & watching everything in a whole new way. Thank you for this it is so gentle & makes me remember all the good.
I don't know about feeling beautiful, but I definitely understand feeling too much. My heart hurts all the time. This was really nice and I hope it felt nice to make it. Thanks
This was lovely and I needed to hear it, thank you. I'm not by any means a professional artist, but I can definitely say, without my arts/crafts I might not have made it this far. I remember the days when I was so down, I'd shut myself in my room just creating things, anything, for hours and days at a time. It helped me survive the sadness of this world and highlight all the beauty in this world. Your channel has always pushed me to create, and I thank you for reminding me time and time again, to make art.

Thank you. I too wished I could shut off, stop feeling it gets too much to bare and I just want to close my eyes close my heart. The only time I feel truly free of thought is when I'm painting or drawing. Thank you for this lovely inspiring video.
I have the same thoughts as you just too often and I am very sensitive. 'too/so big' describes my feelings so perfectly! But just like you I'd rather get that big hurt again and again than to miss this big love in between!
