Ingredients:
Dough:
1 kg all-purpose flour (8⅓ cups)
20 g fresh yeast (0.7 oz)
100 g sugar (½ cup)
2 eggs
150 ml vegetable oil (⅔ cup)
500 ml lukewarm milk (2 cups + 1 tbsp)
1/2 tsp salt
Vanilla pudding:
700 ml milk (2¾ cups + 3 tbsp)
80 g vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch (⅔ cup)
100 g sugar (½ cup)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Bake: 180°C / 356°F 20 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 43cm x 35cm
