My husband passed away. We were married 43 years. He cooked, and I cleaned. We had the best marriage. What I didn't like to do, he did, and visa versa. I miss him so much, but he is in a better place. Pastor and 1st Lady Angel, you are the best. God bless you and your family. ❤️🙏🏻❤️

Why do you refer to Pastor Frederick’s wife as 1st lady? I do not understand this - she is in fact his Wife! Period and that’s in the scriptures…. 1st lady? Where is that at -I have never seen that term in the Bible! Also, 1st? Is that to incl the 2nd lady? a 3rd one & possibly a 4th lady?? Makes absolutely No Sense! HogWash! Yet black churches do this? Fred “KC” Price, the father, he was a no nonsense Preacher & teacher! That’s what I remember when I used to listen to him teach way back when. And honestly, I’m not upset or mad with you, it’s what you’ve heard in your culture - I’m just wondering …Why? Where is that in the Holy Scriptures? No where - I’m so surprised that the Prices are allowing it even now. But whatever …. I know the Wirkd & devil does not like the word wife! Lol! Have a nice day!

@@SusieMarie-57 The term "first ladies" historically has referred to their positions as the prominent wives of church pastors. It is just a way of honoring the wife of a Pastor and her role in the church. Not every title or position has to be found in the bible to be used in the church. As long as it is not a sin or brings a reproach to the name of the Lord it can be used. Every generation has a language of its own. Youth ministry is not in the bible, doing fund raisers for ministry is not in the bible, driving a nice car to church and wearing designer clothing is not in the bible but we do all of the above and more to the Glory of God!!!

@therealdeal772 but the truth is 1st Lady was originally created by the ascanadee's (spelling ?) who assigned that title to their harem of my wives. The main woman- who was 1st in line (and often best in bed) was titled 1st Lady... ijs #do your research

So we are talking about spiritual things of the Christian faith. And being someone who was raised in the Christian faith and understand the history of the church I was able to give that answer.

Thank you for this podcast episode. I believe a lot of people need to listen to this episode. My wife and I are high school sweethearts. We went to prom together, dated for 8 years and have been married for 38 years with two beautiful adult children. I can honestly say, because we were best friends, marriage was easier to handle through the ups and downs of the relationship.

OMG Division of labor is never spoken of. I was married 23 years and just did everything because he had to be MADE to do anything! Widowed now & older not trying to get married again the work is insane

Husband is the First Position of authority in the Family Plan of God... Even higher position than Church leaders... Church leaders are responsible for the health of the Church Family, but there's no Church Family without, the Creative Family, but especially the Family led by a Godly Husband and Wife ( But it's a mystery not expounded on in the Church, by the Leaders )

I almost divorced my husband a couple weeks later because I wanted to design the house and he had strong input that was totally opposite from what I was used to decorating. I finally gave in and allowed him to decorate and put very ugly pictures up in our living room. Compromise was hard.

This was really good. I enjoy listening to this. And the fact they kept it real. I also like the fact he said that he want make sure she dosen't have to worry about being with out. Most these want a roommate. They get mad at me, because i want a man to take care of me. They will make comments that why you are single. I enjoy it usally if dosent instead I would have move on to the next show. Team player is a successful marriage. Hope we see more of her. Angie is very pretty. The are normal people's.
