I Maxed Every 5-Star - Here's My Tier List (Genshin Impact) 

So, firstly. I mentioned it in text, but try not to focus on damage numbers in the little character showcase, not everyone is built. It’s basically just a visual. Second, there are a couple details (like albedo having more Utility on his burst than i remember) that I didn’t realize. The list is “character as a whole” ranking, Kokomi, for example is a godly healer, yes, but healers in general aren’t ranked highly for me because in the hardest content, it’s timed, and you need damage over healing. Lastly, tier lists are always a bit heated. Just remember it’s okay to have a different opinion than someone else.

Albedo actually gives 120 em by using his burst, thats why Hu Tao, Xingqiu, Zhongli, and lastly Albedo is one of hu tao’s best team.

This is more of a "my favourite characters" tier list than sheer power. Nice.

Eula doesn't need Bennett. A lot of her teams don't even use him, so you can still use her without losing out on damage.

Characters that can hit enemies in Venti's burst: Ganyu, Ayaka's charged and burst, Mona's burst, Xiao's plunged attt, Itto's charged, XQ's skill and burst, Yoimiya, Raiden's burst and burst charged, Ayato, Yae Miko, Zhongli's burst, Diluc's burst, Xiangling's guoba, Klee, plus all catalyst users. I never understood that complaint about him

You really don't need Bennet with Eula since his burst is too short and if the enemy walks out you completely lose the dmg.

Let's be honest, if it was a tier list about how he much he likes a character then Keqing, Hutao, Raiden and Itto would be SSS tier

I think a mistake commonly assumed about Kokomi is viewing her through the lens of damage, which is not her main focus. She’s extremely versatile being a good hydro applier, easy to use as a f2p, not to mention her immense healing numbers and rate. On top of this, she can also do respectable damage with clam set. She’s a perfect unit for what she does. I do understand the damage > healing mindset for the hardest content, but that discounts what she can do for every other situation that’s seen way more. (This is not meant to be an attack of any sort, just sharing an alternate way of looking at Kokomi) Edit: If y’all want to argue, I kindly suggest to take it out of the comments please. I just wanted to supply another perspective on Kokomi. If you disagree just don’t use her, it’s not that deep. Let’s be nice to each other ok?

Eula is still good without bennett. She doesnt depend on him to get good damage unlike a lot of other dps' , so you could still give her a try! Edit : How the heck did this comment get so many likes

Hey Moga, I just wanna point out that Venti can also apply elements with his burst, so if you’re doing a melt team and need to apply more AoE pyro - then Venti can pop his burst and the pyro unit can put their element in his burst and pull out a cyro unit and.. THERE YOU HAVE IT, A GREAT MELT TEAM!

literally just use any other support for Eula and you'll still be fine. you don't have to rely on bennett all the time.

Okay so I think we all know tier lists never do that well especially when the creator has biased to a few characters(keqing cough cough) but their are a few things I'd like to point out. Eula does not need Bennett at all, the only time u use him with her screenshot damage. Bennett just isn't good with eula as opposed to others. Raiden, zhongli and Rosaria are her currents teammates and all maximize her damage. Once u have 2k on eula attack buffs like bennett isn't needed. I get that this is ur opinion and it's expected that you'd be biased but with the way you marketed it you can see why ppl are finding this much trouble with it.

As a Eula main, i never use her with benet, instead she has zhongli and raiden/fishcl with her and c2 jean, and she does a ton of dmg that way with superconducts, zhongli shred and jean's atk speed buff. hopefully u will try her again sometimes with different teams.

The following should be pointed out that have misconceptions in this video: • Albedo's Burst can give EM to the whole team (a bit of utility but at least it's still a utility) • Venti can refund ER to the character of (that element) when swirling (the specific element) using his burst. This is often overlooked because many people see him as a CC-machine-only character • Kokomi has a lot of utilities as a support catalyst character other than healing: - can hold TTDS - can use 4pc. Tenacity - very wide and easier Hydro Application - C0 is already perfect, makes her F2P Friendly • For a character like Eula, Bennett is mostly a no-no for her. Always use a superconduct team with Raiden, Lisa with TTDS and 4pc. Noblesse, Fischl, and/or Beidou for 2 electro Sub-DPS Charcters (being the shielder as Diona for charging Eula's Burst or Zhongli for Res. Shred aside from very tough shield, or if the enemy has corrosion use Kokomi with TTDS and 4pc. Tenacity or Qiqi with 4pc. Clam Set using Sac Sword) • I maybe a Qiqi Main but seeing Diluc lower than Qiqi in this tier is weird considering evidently Diluc is better than her in general (but yeah, I knew that this tier list is biased)

Venti being niche and Itto not being niche feels like a crime XD I would love to think higher of Itto, but he just really feels like he's reliant on a 4 star, and that 4 star isn't easy to come by, AND that 4 star is someone who is himself reliant on another character! The whole 3 geo Gorou thing feels WAY too niche for Itto to not be niche. But that's just my opinion :)

I think Eula is one of the characters who needs Bennett the least, you should pair her with Raiden and and other cryo and she’ll slap✨

As a mobile player, my list would be a bit different. Hu Tao is just too awkward for me to play on my phone. Yoimiya and other bow characters who aren’t supports just aren’t playable IMO. Sword users are my comfort zone

Ayato's E skill can also hit things in Venti's burst. The energy refund is also nice cause it makes Ayato's Q always available in my taser team.

Putting Venti in niche already show how how Kazuha powercreep all anemo units. He is still one of the best character and lifting small enemies are still 70-80% of the game, its not niche. He also regen energy when his Q end, enable Plunge attack for 20s and very cheap to build. btw If you build him with mono element team, he would generate 60 energy in total whenever his Q ends (15 for himself and 15 for everyone else). I would still consider him as SS tier or at least S, Kazuha being strong doesnt make him weak.

I disagree with kokomi she is legit a walking statue of the seven for me and works wonders with my raiden shogun she constantly applies hydro and raiden just melts enemies…damage wise she’s clearly very weak but she’s not built for damage she’s such a powerful healer and on top of that she’s very easy to use defiantly top tier for me

I'm just so happy that I decided to skip Klee at the last moment (about a week left until Kazuha came in) at 70 pity after getting 2 constellations for my Sucrose from Klee's banner. Saved up a 10-pull (I was on 50/50) and won myself a Kazuha. Oh boy was it a good Genshin decision My Itto is C0 and he's still really fun

Ayaka should be high SS, her burst has the most damage in the game. And Kazuha is too good not to be on the #1 spot. His Abyss usage rate says it all.

The moment he said Eula needs Bennett was the moment this tier list loses all value. This tier list is basicaly the more dmg u do the higher u are and not looking at the value a character provides. Also he said Hu Tao is SS because of Xingqiu but never said anything about the character itself. In short, this tier list is Damage based.

Melt Ganyu is so good, that in the vibro crystal research event, i killed enemies faster than they spawn, on a f2p account.

I don't think I ever used Eula with Bennett. She can still do up to 250k burst damage without a 5stars weapon at c0.

Putting Ganyu, Ayato and Ayaka on the same tier as Yae Miko is a violation ngl. Also Kokomi is one of the most versatile units in the game (healer, buffer and dps), on par with zonghli since you just can't die from so much healing, so she's at least high S.

It’s Very informative and you give a good overview of each character, even if I disagree with your opinion on Diluc’s character 😂 watching this tier list only makes me want Zhongli more 😭 I missed out on his banner as im a new player so im pretty bummed about that but im looking forward to Xiao and Kazuha

Looks good! Only changes I would make if it was my tier list is moving Ayaka, Ganyu, and Venti to SS tier. Each player's experience with these characters may vary so it's fine where you have them. Thanks for the video!

Revisit Eula and try her with the Unforged! I’ve been hitting 400k with it at r1.

I main Eula Raiden and I'm honestly a little sad you put Eula so low. I've never even used Bennet with her lol. I use Eula, Raiden, Zhongli and Rosaria and the two of them are a match made in heaven that turns any content in the game into confetti.

Hmm... I'd raise Kokomi to S tier. She's handy in a lot of teams, hydro applicators have value, and she's rarely a bad choice, even when she isn't the best choice. Keqing belongs in the A tier. Maybe B, if B wasn't niche. Though then Diluc belongs down there too. But she's a Moga fave, so understandable she's overranked. Albedo is also an A. The main reason he gets used is because geo resonance is strong, and he's the second best geo you don't actually have to do much with to benefit from what he has to offer. But he's also the worst geo you don't have to do much with to benefit from what he has to offer. The main reason I rank him as an A, though, is that his elemental skill doesn't proc against shields. That's a very common mechanic, especially with floor 12 currently pretty much guaranteed to have Abyss Lectors these days. He's also weaksauce in co-op, due to split scaling. The last I'd bump down a tier is Yae Miko. For her on field time, her damage isn't great, and, like Albedo, suffers from weak on-field attacks. Her cool down on her burst also doesn't sync up well with her elemental skill's duration. I love using her, though.

With Eula, you don't need Bennett I recommend you use zhongli for shield, Eula as the dps, raiden for superconduct to decrease physical res and xingqiu just cause xingqiu

One thing about clay-more users like Diluc is that they are mainly good at doing damage to one enemy like a lot of bow users. They aren't bad characters, you need to build a character which can do multiply enemy damage and use them like your sub-dps. I am a Beidou main and I use her with Kaeya. She does a lot of damage compared to my other characters.

You really dont need Bennett for Eula. All she needs is electro and another cryo. You can make a full team for her with Ei/Diona/Rosaria, Beidou/Fischl/Rosaria, Zhongli/Albedo/Ei. Litterally so many comps that dont need Bennett.

agree with everything but the ganyu rating, she is capable of A LOT of damage just by herself so I see her as a SS unit.

I literally do not care if people like Diluc or not so don’t worry 💀 everybody has their own preferences and I personally love claymores and he’s actually my best and strongest character bc I invest my whole time into him so duuh he’s amazing ^^ it’s your list your opinion, my list and prob from also others the list would also look different ofc

one thing to add about jean, her ult cleanses per tick too , pretty handy in some iterations of spiral abyss

I have a good clam set on my Qiqi, and she is a DPS monster on a superconduct team, she can move into S tier if you end up with a good set and Aquila sword. But the easier build is the Mililith set for most people.

Yae is pretty nice with keqing in a physical build. Her great electro application is really good. Building her as a burst dps as well gives really good damage.

2:50 can also use mono pyro with hutao, the damage dont change so much, just swirl with an anemo using VV and use the second artefact of crinsom witch domain

jean is my fav to use in my xiao comp, she gives him heals and very easy orb generation bc her e is low cd and very easy to use, she really does fit a role of 2 in 1

I am impressed how my personal list is very similar to yours! Would just put Jean on the SS list and Kokomi as S (but because i am biased to her hahahhahaha love kokomrades). I dont use Hutao that much even if i have her C1, need better lucky on the witch dungeon 🥺

taking in to account all the limiting factors of hu tao and eula equally, i would say that they indeed are the 2 best main dps, closely followed by xiao, itto and such

i've been a yoimiya main since her release, i have her basic and E crowned with r 5 rust, im able to hid consistant 60k hits with water dude and sucrose. I feel she needs a revisit with proper combos ( bennett ult, sucrose viridecent/ kazuha, and water dude... she hasn't gotten the love she deserves. top S tier for sure

You can still use Eula without Bennet. For example: Eula, Raiden, Diona and Rosaria(for extra crit)

for eula a good substitution for Bennett, I actually think its more fun than Bennett, is c6 rosaria if u have her. she does a lot of damage, increases crit rate, and lowers phys res

Ayaka can hit all of the sucked-up enemies inside of venti’s burst and in floor 11 if you pair them together you beat half of chamber 1 in 20 seconds

I am actually surprised bcs kokomi is at A tier cuz kokomi hydro application is so good for freeze team,, for me I think kokomi hydro application is much better than moona

As a triple crowned yoimiya main, I’m pretty happy with this tier list. Yoimiya is a fun and easy character to use overall(unlike hu tao which needs C1 and charge attack cancelling). Easy Triple SSS in open world. Been waiting for her rerun to get Thundering Pulse tho!!

I main eula and I’ve never used her with bennett, only for oneshoting and then ur not using your basics damage anyways. I use her in a two cryo two electro team with diona yae lisa and her

agree sm with keqing. got her in my first ever 10 pull and she was with me all the way until ar 54, before i switched to yoimiya/raiden/childe. she def needs a buff, shes lit outshined by every other electro character istg

Jean was my first 5 star character and has carried me through a lot of the game, providing quite a lot of healing if you build a ton of attack on her while also dealing really high amounts of damage. She can basically be played as a solo unit (which I do pretty often lol) despite this being a team game playing solo jean is very fun and I love her she's great and the fact that you have dull blade on her in this video hurts a little bit ngl

The only problem with this tier list is that its neither trying to be an objective tierlist or a how fun tierlist, so its kind of in the middle. Good video tho

i would understand Kokomi being in A list but seeing whats in S list makes me doubt most of it her main drawback is -crit but thats it, she heals massively and best healer, deals decent damage and can support using ttds and supp artifact. honestly she supposed to be on par with zhonli and maybe even higher now that corrosion is a thing

Someone has probably mentioned this before, bit with Venti, it's easier to apply elements before and then use his burst to swirl it all together- A catalyst user hits them in midair pretty easily too

May seem crazy but I believe Kokomis value will only increase as time goes on. She's a character that can benefit so many teams

Raiden, Kokomi, and Kazuha are ones that provide value always. Even against their Elements that are Immune. I’d personally rank them all higher given that they are never invalidated. Where as hu tao is going to have a bad time against the pyro units, while you can widdle them down with her autos or use your team, i think the other 3 are fundamentally different in that there’s never a time where you are like “damn, I shouldn’t have brought X with me”. That’s just my reasoning.

Not sure why you think Eula needs Bennett, I don't know anyone who mains her and uses Bennett regularly in her team. I've done it a few times and it's ok but definitely not required or even I think ideal, unless the enemy doesn't move at all, her burst doesn't snapshot

kokomi is defenitely s or ss like shes the best healer in the game. perfect for morgana comp, and she still does dmg.

The fact hu tao has no tailor-made artifact is great. She can't utilize the maximum passive of 4pc Crimson. She also can't utilize the Atk% of 4pc Shimenawa. Meaning Hu tao still has potential to improve. I'm currently running her on a Geo-reso Vape team with 4pc shimenawa and r5 Dragon's bane and her damage ranges from 30k to 90k charged atk. Still waiting for albedo as when I use her with him I can do consistent 100k charged vape. Can also reach 110k charged if use 4pc archaic petra.

yoimiya main here. I think yoimiyas attacks should do aoe, imagine during niwabi fire dance her basics cause small explosions doing aoe pyro damage. that would make her way better.

Venti is my favorite character, but CHRIST ALMIGHTY HAS HE BEEN DOG SHIT IN CURRENT GAME. The inderect nerfs that have been done on him make me not wanna play him at all. He's niche untill he's able to pull in ruin guards and other tanks into is vortex, because he a god so it's silly that some rando from inazuma is 10 times better than him

try mikomi taser team to see yae miko’s potential, tried it and finally got my first 36 stars in abyss! yae, kokomi(ttds), kazuha and fischl!

ive had albedo since his first ever banner and one of my issues about him is how picky his solar isotoma can be. there are so many surfaces it doesn't stick on, unlike zl's pillar or even the traveler's geo construct, which you could literally pile up on any ground.

I absolutely LOVE jean, she actually has great healing, and her burst heals the entire team both instantly and over time while also doing damage. On top of that when she picks up an elemental orb she gives you an attack speed buff, which is great for main dps who rely on auto attacks, as it is a completely unique modifier Edit: i decided to watch this video again, and she can also actually use kazuha's freedom sworn AND the anemo artifact set, she is the ONLY healer who can do both

idk if this is good, but i use hu tao with qiqi so she can have access to easy melts and good healing for when her burst isnt enough, i also use venti as a battery and crowd control for xiao

At this rate, I think we should have a different tier list for healers based on their main function: healing and efficiency in team comps

I honestly wondered why He didnt equip the sword from Dragonspine to Eula. It gives her more Physical Dmg and Eula is pretty obvious a physical dmg dealer 😅
