Me too…I was the one who broke it off but wished I had tried to talk it out first…then couldn’t stop trying to get him to discuss it but it had already hit him like a bud and I had already hurt him so deeply I’m sure. I would do anything for one more chance but he clearly just needs to move on. I guess I shouldn’t want to be with someone who doesn’t want to work it out like I do. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have messed up no contact by pleading, saying things she does not wanna hear like foul words as I was on painful situation. This woman went to a vacation and one day we fought . She immediately blocked me on social media etc. I did not talk to her for 1 week. i contacted her after a week because we usually give each other's space during fights.. But when i contacted her she was already talking to someone else. She's now getting married to this person after only almost 2 weeks . i dont know. She'll know later that she has lost a diamond. I was so good to her, really sweet etc, gave her so many surprises etc pretty much anything that i could do just to make her feel special.. Then i lost her doing all of these stuff....Iv learned so much from this.. Losing someone does not always mean losing something huge in your life. After the breakup, i did everything i can to improve myself.. I was of course in depression, cried a lot etc.. She broke up with me on august 2018. and promised myself i will be a better person and will achieve whatever i wanted to achieve. last month 2019 march, I have achieved one of my dreams. I have just reached 6 figures on my business $$. This is something that i coudnt do when i was with her. I couldn't have done this if i was still with her.. Losing is also gaining.. When nostalgia hits me i still feel sad tho. But i don't get hurt that much anymore.. PS. english is not my first language. Thank you so much! Thank you coach

It all depends on how she feels to begin with and the reason for the breakup. When my ex cried, I couldn’t get away fast enough. I was no longer attracted to him at all. The next guy was shady and aloof and he just stared at me like “whatever.” I would have gladly stayed if he had shown an ounce of emotion. I have done that to men, if I block someone that means - no contact for ever, mind over emotions. It does not even matter if there is emotions, if it is not good for a long term, for some reason, block ...can be that someone does not stop calling or she keep thinking but does not want to, the best way to move on is to never see that face again. That means she is using logic over emotions. What is good for her is number 1, not what she wants when she is lonely. Girl point of view. And why someone is no good for someone ...that is personal. I even turn man down that I did liked a lot, but he smoked, I was addicted to nicotine for 11 year, it was hell to stop...I do not want to start smoking again, shame he was good looking, smart, had lot of in common and similar goals in life..but what is good for me is more important than emotions. Most adults do this. Priorities.

Stop having personal hygiene and have no interest of cleaning after themselves is a deal breaker for most too. It can be anything, but it does not matter, you can not change it, so it is time for her to get you out of her head, the easiest way to do that is to never see that person, as long as you see them, it is hard to move on..meet new people...You are just being sadist(emotionally) There is a 3th option that she is manipulating you ...for you to think about her more, best thing is to move on, you do not want that type of person in your life. Normal person when block someone - it is over and done. Crazy people - game night, and you will not win. But crazies are not that common.

Over the next 2 months, she considers whether to unfriend or block me on Facebook. On the day she did it, she’d not have got out of bed and told herself ‘I’m going to him later today’. She did it randomly, so she must have been thinking of me in the moment and made an impulsive decision there and then to block me straight away.

That is kinda normal for teens and young adult up to 20-25...after that, not so much. Drama, impulsive, not still knowing what is healthy relationship and communication. Please do not overthink stuff, that is one way ticket to crazy town (no matter the gender, happens to all). PS. I did not have social media before my 23-24 ...I was kinda childish still, blocking unblocking, being in relationship- single...I am so ashamed of that now, if I could I would I would bitch slap my own face if I travel 10 years into the past, so much unnecessary drama. For sure. Some hold on longer than others. Got back in the gym and in better shape than I was in my 20s. Looking pretty good, feeling good, doing a lot of inner work. Some people have way more things to overcome. Not comparing but those are the facts. I am healing from lots of old wounds not just one break up. Things that I ignored and drank over all my life, to numb things but the drink only works for so long till it doesn't and you realize you are poisoning yourself. I have been learning so much about myself, my history, all the old behaviors that no longer served me like they did when I was a kid or young adult etc How long were you split till you asked this question? I see your op was 7 months ago? How are you feeling about things now.
