No contact was perfect for me. When I lost my ex I was in a bad way,I drank, i mourned and then I picked myself up to focus on me. I went no contact and focussed on training, hustling to get more money and succeed. I started my own business and now 4yrs after I have met an amazing woman who I love with all my heart and she gives me the same. Exes are exes for a reason, you are just one step closer to meeting the right one. If they come back it’s not going to be the same because there will be too much bad history and too many emotions. I know it’s hard to say, but anyone who reads this don’t give up. There is a light at the end of the tunnel a d regardless of if your ex is at the end or not, you will pull through and be a better person

I crashed my bike twice and broke my foot twice after dumping her and getting back together. I succumbed to separation anxiety. She ultimately left me right when I started to feel well enough to get up and start making moves in life. Five and a half years.I cant wait to say hello again. My ex of 3 years, 3 months ago not only broke up with me, but blocked me and my entire family across all platforms for no reason. Nothing I said or did warranted that. Me and her had some disagreements, but it really hit the bottom when I got depressed because I failed a course in grad school. When everything was school was going well she was happy, then I fail one course and she flipped. On a side note, I appealed my grade 2 weeks after the break up and it got approved and I passed the class, so I’m back on track as if I didn’t fail. Too bad she didn’t have 2 weeks of patience to stick around

Its true I got into an accident called my ex my car was fucked but I called cause I was hurt and she didnt answer and thats when I knew it was over.

Everybody are sad and broken hearted (and many more things) when the relationship has just ended, and after a while, while they are working on themself, do and concentrate on things that they love most, after a while they get better and move on... but for me is totally the opposite... I was kinda fine and very convinced with my decision and reasons of ending this relationship.... but more that the time goes on, more I feel bad... i don’t think I even want to go back with her but everyday is getting worst... why?!?

So personal advice wanted: she friendzoned me yet kept me around, calling me over at least 2 a week. I came down with an upper respiratory infection 3 weeks ago, last weekend another lady triggered my PTSD over the phone. I took time away to get my heads pace back, then went to the Dr because I wasn't getting better. I told her I needed time away then had to let her know so I could get better physically.
