As a maths student in university and a Pokémon enthusiast, I understand completely how big of a number a billion is but still believe the Pokémon would defeat a billion lions. For one thing, some Pokémon just straight up wouldn’t be harmed by anything that lions could do, such as Aggron or Steelix, so that means the Pokémon wouldn’t all be defeated. Additionally, there are Pokémon like arceus who are literally gods. There are also Pokémon like muk where any lion that tried to harm them would have to come into contact with them, which would harm the lions as well. Also the flying Pokémon who have ranged attacks. You could argue they have to land eventually, but there are Pokémon who levitate some that wouldn’t be nearly as tiring, if at all. At the very worst. Tired Pokémon who are getting tired or injured could be sent to giratina’s chaos dimension or whatever it’s called where they could rest and be healed by other Pokémon like blissey or Audino. Also if they somehow were going to lose, it would have to have been from a tactical error. In that case, dialga could rewind time to restart the fight, repeating this until they execute correctly. Also lol some Pokémon live in the water, where they could go to escape the lions if they need to rest (and be further insurance that they aren’t all ever defeated). Also remember that moves like earthquake would be able to take out large amounts of lions at once, and they couldn’t avoid it. Okay wow I realized I really just typed all of that out and idk how to feel knowing I rly did that. But anyways yeah no Pokémon would win, and I realize that billion is an insanely large number.
Not to mention ghost types. Lions can't do anything to them considering Normal types can't touch Ghost types. So even if, SOMEHOW, every other pokemon failed, the Ghost types literally cannot be defeated.
@@BHZZRD every pokemon with a mouth is able to take a biting action, but not every one can learn bite. Bite is a specific move, not literally the action of biting, and only pokemon can learn pokemon moves.
@@pinny0101 for the sake of debate, say they can use bite and hurt ghost types. They’re still not going to be able to beat pokemon like hoops who can just transport them all into space and flash freeze them. Or Jirachi just wishing they were all dead. They cannot win with the amount of power the Pokémon bring

Well Mewtwo is a Pokémon that can literally psychically communicate with humans in any language, and is potentially smarter than Alakazam which have 5,000 IQ...- I think he could handle telling 73 dragons to “rain fire” like he’s some purple, scrotum-chinned Hercules.
TBH while a billion is a big number, two bombs also wiped out 100k+ people, and plenty of pokemon were on par if not far more powerful than the first A bombs. Lions can go hand to hand, but like 95% of pokemon have ranged attacks.... It's exactly like what happened after the Civil War when US arms made their way to feudal Japan, firepower conquers all regardless of how badass they are in a 1v1 melee brawl. I'm more a historical fanboy than pokemon and even I can see that they'd totally wipe the floor with a billion lions
There are just some people who mastered the art of popularity without it looking like they were trying. Schlatt, Technoblade and Moist Critikal being examples.

I’m the exact opposite although I have seen Shlatt in videos, for example Swagger Souls’ videos, he’s wild but truly an interesting person. I’ve seen clips him of before as well saying weird stuff.
