I'm currently considering living in a hotel because I live in a city where apartments are hard to find. A major advantage that a hotel offers is that the rate includes so many things, like utilities, that you would be paying for separately in an apartment. I've been living in an emergency housing situation for several months, in which I'm sharing a room with a stranger. Not having my own room has been driving me up the wall. However, I was able to stay in an aparthotel for a few days over Christmas. The cost was totally worth it.

I left a DV relationship and I took my daughter and our cat and also went to an extended stay because of Covid and the current housing market I couldn’t even find a apartment or a house to rent like at all…… I tried looking for a year…..& I also coincidentally work from home (thank God). After 10 years of putting up with my ex …. I can’t even begin to say the weight that was lifted off me when I opened the door to my hotel room. In my extended stay I have a full size kitchen , so with a stove and a full size fridge and I cried happy tears. I have moved into a house I am renting now since then but I still miss our little extended stay room. It was my freedom room, I will forever be grateful. & yes it’s more money howeverrrrr you’re not paying for electric and gas, water and sewer, cable, etc… so it kind of evens out

I'm living in hotel myself with my fiance we had to move from the apartment where we was living it was too much drama. My fiance has to wake up early in the morning and our neighbors be drunk and loud and he hates that and it's a hotel suite because we don't have extended stay hotels in our city but I did make our room like a studio apartment. And I commend you for leaving that toxic situation you don't need that in your life

I'm looking into moving into extended stay hotel about move back home from Nashville to Arkansas working at USPS so stacking my money up no need to sign another lease pay lights and internet service when I can stay in a hotel. Did it when I just spontaneous move to Nashville. Ready to get my nursing license so I can live in fabulous hotel all time...I not made for one city or country...travel nursing is calling me 😁😁😁
