Depending on which definition you use, you could say pregnancy is a sexually transmitted disease. The baby could be a tumor or even better fitting a parasite and caring for the child the next 18 years would be the long term effect you have after the tumor/parasite is removed 🤔
If I recall correctly, they also have a cat. Minoxidil (the active ingredient in rogaine and other hair regrowth gels) is horribly toxic to cats. They may not want to bring that risk into their household.
@@overlordchungus3994Finasteride (the other hair loss medication which they sell) has a large number of personal case reports of prolonged, severe endocrine disturbances when discontinuing use. Last I checked, a few years back, there was no research to substantiate the claims, but there wasn't anything to suggest they didn't pose a risk either.

This one time, around 8 or 10, or so I was home alone, and I answered a telemarketer after it had been picked up by the answering machine. They asked for my mom or dad and I said "i must go....' veery slowly, deliberately, and strangely. He laid into me and I just hung it up. We all laughed when my parents got home and we listened to the message together.
