Absolutely assumed it would be for an horrific accident where someone else was injured and he was totally fine. Same with most of these RU-vidrs. Styro pyro, electro boom, backyard scientist, hell even James Bruton and Aly Spagnola. Actually, the more I run through the names on the list of creators, the more they all check out as the one who survives the accident that gets them on the news.
@@mundanestuff It would be fitting tbh given William's luck to survive an accident that wipes out everything he loves but he comes out completely unscathed
Last year I tried talking to him towards the end of Open Sauce and he looked like he wanted to either die or take a nap... I really hope he finds time to enjoy it. It's such an amazing event.
unless you have a bidet, then you're always going to have a little bit of poop on your butthole. youtube censored my last comment, so I had to turn my comment pg
If Will didn't properly articulate the content and vibe of OpenSauce himself, the leaking unrefrigerated meatball vending machine and the entirely unprompted skeleton on a blinking tricycle definitely did the job.
William this is literally one of the most inspiring videos I've watched this yer, possibly in the last few years. Tv giving attention to this adult's science fair, which is awesome, the event itself and all of the awesome inventions showed hear, and your interspersed pep talk
That you for the autograph William, opensauce was more than I could have ever asked for. All of my favorite people in one place. Thank you so much! I can’t wait to see you next year!
Just wanted to say I will be getting the Open Sauce at Home after the event to show more support. I appreciate you giving a discount on it for those that cannot swing the full price, but I can swing the extra funds and want to support it more, because if it happens again next year, I will be making plans to attend!
I cant stop thinking about the timeline where when a meatball didnt come out the machine, a meatball shaped poop falls out of William's pants-leg like some kind of magic trick
I love this you have opened an entire community for people to self create, you should plan a year long invention and introduce it at open sauce as a yearly thing.
This is actually pretty inspirational, William. Ill be there tomorrow. Flew in last night, seeing the sights today, and maybe pickup a piece of a rotting meatball for $0.25 tomorrow.
As an engineering student in college, this event makes me so happy. I wish I could go, but I just got surgery. However, this seems so fun!! Everyone just being passionate about their projects is the key to such an amazing convention!
Open Sauce was so fun, I had so many opportunities to say hi to you but I didn’t want to interrupt your conversation with How to Make Everything. I hope I run into you tomorrow so you can sign my pcb.
So my buddy is the one standing right next to the guy with the VR headset. The whole setup is actually a virtual DJ set so he can DJ wherever he wants without setting up any equipment.
You can't make a meatball vending machine to be weird on the news broadcast because there's no such thing as weird in California, that's why the news reporter was unphased and unsurprised. She's a news reporter in San Francisco, that was probably not even in the top 10 weirdest thing she's seen that day.
This commentary has crossed the Ricky Sanchez C-137 line. I love it. Suggestion: Meatball vending machine with a gravy/sauce vending machine made from an old coffee vending machine.
I've got an easy and fun video idea that solves a common problem: always losing your beer or mixing up your old beer with a new one. Can you create a drone that holds your beer and flies it around after you, offering sips? I hope the sauce is going well - I hope to have an exhibit for next year that has something to do with a beer drone but is more "marketable, lol."
