Getting metal shavings out of your eye is a struggle... unless you have an eye wash station. Did it once, and easily went through 3 gallons of water trying to remove it... total nightmare.

KA is a great engine I got well over 300,000+ on my 95 stock its still strong great build and turbo on a KA is one of my main goals I can't part with a good running engine makes no sense

Grass roots cars will always be refreshing to watch being built. I built a KA24det also. But one nitpick i hear compressor surge without the blow off valve your gonna beat the shit out of that turbo.
