Outback has always been one of my favs. I wish you could’ve tried the Aussie cheese fries while they were fresh and hot! I found a copy cat recipe that is spot on you should try. 1 cup Mayo 1/2 cup Buttermilk 1 (1oz) packet of Hidden Valley Buttermilk ranch dressing mix 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder 1/4 Tsp Paprika 1/4 Tap Cayenne Pepper Whisk it all together and let it chill for a bit so the seasonings can meld together - it’s fantastic!! You can thin it out with a little milk if it’s too thick!
Hey girl hey, content idea: my husband and I just ate at Fazoli's with our son. We downloaded the app for rewards. Shockingly it's great. Do you use rewards loyalty programs? I think it would be great to look into how good these are and how you can eat off of one. Just an idea.
Timmy, as an Executive chef at a fine dining establishment, I can 100 percent tell you it is absolutely OK to ask for something other than ribs or other meats that are horribly prepared or cooked incorrectly. You are paying a lot of money, and deserve to enjoy your dining experiences! You can kindly inform the waiter that food is inedible, you should not have to pay for that, and our waiters comp or substitute food ALL THE TIME. Anyway, love your videos and evolution over the years!
As an Aussie, Outback Steakhouse is so un-Australian it's not funny 😂 but I applaud their attempt at trying! Shrimp are called prawns here,ranch exists but it's not on everything and yes kookaburra is one of our native birds but no we don't eat them. That being said, I'm a new subscriber and I love your content!

I love this, Outbacks house salad is probably my favorite of all the chains. The bread and butter is phenomenal too. I always order the Alice Springs chicken
As a former outback server, the salad, soups, bread, fries and ranch are the best in the business. They slap so hard for no reason. I'm not so keen on their steaks, but if you are stumped for a cute lunch spot, Outback will surprise you.

I rarely make comments on videos.. but the rollercoaster of emotions I felt in the 10 seconds after he asked for her steak recommendation was unreal 😂. I feel the EXACT same way ab steaks and am also a former outbacker. I knew in my heart she was going to tell him to order a filet. When she recommended the cheapest cut of steak they offer my jaw dropped... One because, NO. A sirloin is typically tough no matter how it is cooked AND TWO as a server that is the perfect opportunity to upsell and make that $$$. After feeling mortified for Timmy expecting him to have another horrible meal I was quite literally cheering him on deciding on the filet.

Love this video! The microphone really helped filter out the background noise. Great editing and effects! Now for the food-haven’t been to Outback in years. I usually order ribs if they are available, so those made me sad. However, the quality of the steak, Brussels sprouts, and desserts have got me considering giving the place another go. Also, great work socializing, Timmy! You looked comfortable and thoughtful during conversations. As someone who also has social anxiety, I know that’s taken a lot of hard work to achieve.
Really enjoy your channel. Outback is great. I love their hot wings, bloomin fried chicken and burgers. The bloomin burger especially. Their carrot cake is also very good.

I know you don't like causing a fuss but you really should have nicely complained about the ribs and management would have made it right. You have a naturally sweet and pleasant personality and could have explained to them all the points you made in the video without coming across as a Karen. Those didn't even look right before you even took a bite and they should have never been served to you.

Timothy, you’re starting to gain more confidence and not stutter as much now that you’ve had more practice with interactions in public. Recording yourself in a restaurant can be awkward and uncomfortable but you did a nice job. As the day progressed, you got better and more comfortable. Keep it up.
