I'm no where asian, but tumeric is everywhere, currypowder mixes to start with . . . I love tumeric, in rice dishes, with cauliflower, in noodle dough, in cake, in hot chocolate, or egg, it is just awesome. If you only had 5 spice, tumeric should be one of them!

It’s probably a smaller serving size. Or the skins of the fruit may be discolored or damaged. It’s a way they can still sell good fruit that may not look good enough to sell.
