Well done Alex! So exciting! You're like a sakura - blossoming on camera more and more. Have you ever thought of doing a Tokyo area guide series? Like one whole video on Hiroo, whats on, where to drink, to eat, amenities, who lives there, property types, costs, travel connections etc? For say the 15 most popular residential areas? I know its a bit granular but could really help people breakdown the large city into digestible bites
