Were you supposed to freeze part of the meals to eat later in the week ? Because .. no 🤢, no way I would feel safe eating food that’s been sitting in the fridge all week either ! My rule is 3 days .if not eaten by then .. toss it ...unless it’s cake .. lol ..

We have a different kind of weekly meal plan in Hungary. You chose all the food at the end of the week, then net week they deliver the food you chose daily, fresh. I think it's better, than giving you everything all at once. Love you, and your videos! ❤️

The meal plans in here are delivered fresh everyday, i dont get the concept of a 5-day meal prepped delivered in one lot. I think health wise, this method is questionable.

Were there specific instructions to keep these meals in the fridge? I order meal plans quite often and unless they have like lettuce, bread a wrap etc that is best eaten fresh (so within the first two or three days) I put my meals in the freezer, I've literally had nothing go off on me this way and I live at the bottom of the South Island of New Zealand so my meals travel all the way from the top of the North Island of NZ down to me.

You didn't have to film at 10 AM, you could have tested these at lunch time....you wouldn't have had to force it down. Keeping these foodsrefrigerated for 4 to 5 days is fine, but anything more is a big no.

When prepping for the week, the maximum that I recommend preparing in advance is 5 days worth of food. Keep up to 3 days worth of meals in the refrigerator and freeze the rest of the meals.

Freeze them or put them in the bottom of the fridge if you have a cold meat option and put it on the lowest setting. It'll freeze the food enough to keep its freshness.

I do something similar to meal planning. I make a list of dinners, cook enough for 5-7 people (despite it just being my mother and I), and I freeze the rest in Tupperware. It gives her opinions over what she wants to take to work for lunch. And my grandparents usually get half of the leftovers as well so they can have a decent meal if they can't cook some nights. There are always leftovers and I make sure of that.

i dont want you sick from eating bad food so good choice, maybe try meals were they give you what you need then you cook it all week like hello fresh and blue apron, yes they are in the usa but they might have stuff like that in the uk, thank you for not making yourself sick, marry christmas and happy new year !!!

I used Hello Fresh a few times, I am really picky about when we get them. If I don't like enough then I just skip the week. I choose 4 days and it's more to just inspire me to cook and cook something different to what i usually cook. Their teriaki chicken and hallumi burger, is THE BOMB!

Yes you should freeze the meals until ready to eat. So Mondays meal first while the rest of the weeks kept frozen, each day defrost the next day.

With the weekly meals I've gotten before, they delivered the food everyday. Like they would deliver Monday's food on Monday and Tuesday's food on Tuesday etc. So that it's fresh everyday

first off freeze the food so it doesnt go bad secondly food is good for 4 days max in the fridge and thridly seafood dont go past 2 days in the fridge freshness with seafood fades very very quickly
