Hey guys here is the video everyone has been asking for. A closer up video of the Cabover! I was not able to lift up the cab due to my hydraulic leak I am working on! Also didn’t turn it on because I didn’t want the truck to over power my voice until I have a better microphone. Let’s remember if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it at all. I simply did NOT grow up around bigrigs so I am learning everything for the first time! Appreciate all love and support 🖤.

Hi just a quick question how do you stop the propshaft from falling down often..I had a 410 and a 460 celect plus but after mayb 4 to 5 loads the props haft would always fall. Could it be an issue with the driver? Or do you think it would be better to put in a props propshaft from a 9800i?

Cheaper the truck more the cost of making it your baby. Many times people who are in trking try to make a dream truck they can driver every day and enjoy the fruits of their labours.Done it with 90 Hi and loved it.Good luck with the rebuild.

Few dings and dangs looks solid leave the 150 fuel tanks you be glad you did you run over 1.200 miles in 1 fill up change the wheels to hub pilots air ride 355 rears good combo with big 350 drove a many of these also a 165 to 175 stretch will ride good and still get around right places wish you well with project great truck too can't wait to see it come together

Dang, I don't think I'd be able to switch to a cabover now seeing you in one, I'm 6'8 and 380 pounds roughly, that clutch pedal looks waaay up there and not a lot of leg room for big guys to begin with. Cabovers are some dang good looking trucks and are nice for tight spaces. Really happy to see someone put another back on the road 🤘🤠🤘 especially a lady driver, we need more women on the road driving this cool shit, the more people we can get on the road working the better

That's a sweet old Cornbinder. It's going to be a great project, I can't wait to see it when it's done. I'm hoping to teardown my '71 Ford W9000, and start restoring it. Ya'll have fun.

They're a good old trucks I got a 1982 one of the first conventional trucks that came out and it has a big cam three 400 same kind of setup for transmission and rear ends but once you get them going they're good trucks to have

If you really want a 13 then look into an overdrive for the back of your trans it is an old trick that still works

Dang spring ride rears. That's a rough ride. I have a '93 9800 that means it's front axle back and double bunk. Really ugly, but those spring in the front are a rough mf'er to drive.

i drove an 86,.had a 300 Cummins, 7 speed transmission, with a new fuel plunger, #7 A few shims and it could run with just about any 350 and got good fuel mileage 6.25 MPG wasn't fast about 75 at 2150 RPM

Not a big international.fam bit if i was gonna own a i ternational.cabover that would be my choice. I kinda like the older version but those can be chromed up and make a nice lookin old Cabover. You can turn up that 350 to 400 if you know what your dojng and some 9 speeds can be converted to a 13 speed by changing the gear set up.
