It's day 6 at ⁠‪@jewelosco‬ for #CheepChickenMonday on the vlog. #JewelOsco is my favorite grocery store and we're running through all of the Deli Daily Deals until we've done them all. #FriedChicken is always great. Normally, this is $6 on Mondays for 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 wings and 2 drumsticks. But I had 400 points in my Jewel app, so I got it all for free. #FreeFood

As a Chicagoan, I have to say not every Jewel is the same when it comes to their hot foods, bakery etc. Sean you are very fortunate that Jade and her crew care about the food that they cook up. I can Guarantee that chicken will taste different from store to store. I speak from experience in the bakery section. There is a Jewel in Oak Park that has some older ladies in bakery that make cakes that are close to home made. Other Jewels I have been to can’t touch that one when it comes to the bakery. Great videos on this Jewel series.

I've noticed that to. Free food tastes so much better..Half price tastes twice as good as full price, We have a grocer that has party packs of chicken, fried or grilled. Darn good to. It's not free but fairly priced at about $1.00/pc. Order day in advance and let them know what time you want it ready. That's for a 100 piece or so order. over 200 pieces probably best to order 2 - 3 days in advance.

Free chicken is awesome!! I agree with you on the white and dark meat. The only time I want a brestest is when it still warm and fresh. Once you put a fried brestest in the fridge it’s done.

So Safeway, Albertsons and Jewel Osco are all owned by the same company. So many of these grocery stores all fall under one parent company.

I've been doing the same thing for the last decade or so. Just imagine some goofy white boy knocking down fried chcken at shop rite parking lot in a less than desirable neighborhood in philly. Its cheap, satiating, and low carb if you want it to be. Loving this series Seany boy!

Hey mate. If you should unfortunately venture into Hagerstown MD, you need to find a AC&T that sells chicken. Not cheap but it's excellent. That's why we only have one KFC left in the area, its far superior.

The sealed bag keeps the moisture in so well or badly that it turns your very crispy chicken into a soggy fail. I open that bag immediately. I've also found that for some reason many times in a row that I was the guy that the server would reserve as many small pieces possible, literally tossing aside larger breasts thighs and wings to find the smaller ones. Some customers will stand there aggressively pointing to the pieces they want and will make a stink if they don't get them. I find that embarrassing and wait to see what I get. Been disappointed too many times and if I have to be pushy and vocal to get a fair deal it's not worth it to me, I'll pass. Those sealed plastic bags gotta go. I hope they've now gone back to putting chicken into paper boxes or bags. But I don't know because I got sick of being singled out for getting rid of their small pieces so they could save them for preferred customers. BTW your pandering and fixation on store clothing... pretty distracting. Don't think I can trust your review to be genuine, sorry.
