It is a pleasure watching your videos…especially because you do not have all that loud distracting end music that some sellers use. Thank you for making it simple and effective.
@@th34st a local thrift store of mine does that. I seen a printer once the ebay listing said 350 so they were asking 275 lol. I pulled up sold comps and the highest one was 260 and it was new in box. I no longer go to that thrift store
It doesn’t bother me if they’re reasonable with their asking price. I sell to people all the time and I’ll say “it sells for $50 on eBay, how about $15?”
Yes, They don't give you the sale price. They give you the price it is "listed" on eBay. The irony is that they could make a lot more money if they sold the "valuable" items on eBay and donated the rest.
I'm so glad you got the metal detector. Now you can search for different kinds of treasure. It's so much fun. If your lakes and rivers are low, like here in California, you can find lots of jewelry and coins.
Hello. , love your Channel, Where do you find all your yard sales? I live in Massachusetts in a small rural town I can’t find a yard sale for the life of me🤷♀️
Jethro Tull! 😊 One of the first ladies seemed like she hadn't had her coffee yet. 🤣 Don't you love when they start quoting eBay prices. LOL That light blue jacket was Crazy! Great buys John. As usual.
I store my listed hats in plastic storage drawers like you bought. I labeled each drawer and that is the custom SKU I put on each listing. I can put about 16-20 hats in each drawer. Never got any damage to my hats in this system because their only stored with other hats. Best of luck. Thanks for the videos and coaching.
I love ... "Let me tell you a stawry raht quick ... Now I bawt this for a hundard and seventy five at your pawn shawp ..." *Somebody needs to make a meme with his face, and him saying: "Let me tell you a stawry raht quick ..."
yes ... I used creative license on his exact words. ... I've just dealt with so many people like him. I LOVE them, because you always get an AMAZING story.
You have to go back to where you bought that vehicle mat and buy me that African water gourd. I have one I love that got broken and I don't have the heart to throw it out because I flew the whole way back from Africa with it on my lap!
Oh man! I 'ooohed' out loud when I saw those camelback packs, and how little you got them for. They go for a lot more than $20 around me, but I also live in a big outdoor recreation area.
on that jacket and pants, you could post it on EBAY of course or contact some local music artist s because a lot of the new artist wear crazy stuff like that in their music videos.
I have some question, which time in the year that you can buy these things?, is that a season or throughout the year? Which state did this things happen?
I’ve got a Garrett Ace 250. The arm holder broke on mine, too! I bought a replacement on eBay. I’ve since upgraded to a Simplex, which is a remarkable machine for the money!
Good Day CP, question for you. On long tail/stalled listings, which is better - promoting listing or putting a sale on? Which you find more effective? Love your channel and appreciate all the guidance and information you find. Thanks
here is suggestion for the records. sell them in bundles for "Samples" my brother in law produces music and he buys old funky records from no name artist all the time for samples. he even buys the old church service records for samples.
Hey Cincinnati will you be going back to those other resellers house? The ones that are in a band and have their store in their home. Always love those episodes
I would be so stoked to find those records! Anytime I find records around here it’s always some Christian quartet or a no name movie soundtrack… love jethro tull and moody blues
Hey john, any tips on the upcoming 127 yard sale coming up? any certain route thats good to follow, places to stay, times to go? any help is appreciated, thanks.
How do you pickers find all the garage sales? I live in the Orlando area and it’s almost impossible to find garage sales in my side of town. I drove around for an hour and only found two.
I’ve never understood sales like this. Why buy something used and not new from a store?! Unless you plan to flip the items bought. Just personal preference. I’m a store, new condition kind of buyer only from a store
1:54 She gladly took $8 just to help rid herself of the horrible memories of that one and only hiking vacation. You can see it in the expression on her face. The one and only time those were used. And 5:04 Damn John!! You're getting loose on the game! That was a close one. LOL
Does it snow where you live? if so, how do you work when it's winter since there isn't any garage sales during the winter? been curious about this for a long time thought I'd ask.
No yardsale during winter, but we turn our attentions to goodwill, thrift stores, pawns, storage unit auction, retail arbitrage, estate auction if any, estate sales, fans might sell us something or we have so much stuff we dont need to source in the winter as much. Just have to list our death pile. Plenty of ways to source in the winter when they show up
Hiiiii👋Someone’s records/albums from the 70’s those gap vests 😳 80’s 🤔 maybe that’s a hard pass but someone will love them you’re wife’s a tough negotiator yessss!!✌️
