Using the Zoning tool, if you click on the zoning tool word button, you can change the zoning on an already built road.

Well, if it's an US city with a tea theme, the most fitting name might be Liptonburg. Also, although they are best known for iced teas, they do in fact sell traditional hot teas.

In America Lipton tea is absolute garbage, tastes like you've stir dirt into hot water. even Bigelow is better...barely. The most satisfying teas come from Itoen.

Two, comments, though they've likely already been made. 1) Zoning tool works on existing roads if you click on the Zoning Tool below the 3 options. 2) You entrance to the city will need to be reworked, as it only allows entry/exit from left to right. Love your series, have been going nuts during your absence! So glad you are back on CS2! Love you brother!

@@BiffaPlaysCitiesSkylines - You laugh, but here in Florida, we have the Bear Spawner, and also Snake Spawner, Black Panther Spawner, Alligator Spawner, Disgusting Turkey Vulture Spawner, Osprey Spawner, American Bald Eagle Spawner, Rabid Possum Spawner, Attack Mosquito Horde Spawner, Sudden Sinkhole Spawner, and the ever famous Leaping Armadillo Spawner. Gotta look out for those leaping armadillos(*)! (*) Not a real thing...but Florida sure did meme this in about 1998, long before "memes" became a thing, haha! We even made Australia jealous because we have more deadly creatures than the outback!

I remember when episode 1 of a new city was mostly trying not to go bankrupt while laying down a really basic grid with a few houses, commercial and industry. There's still a bit of that 'new city' gameplay here but it all looks so much more organic and interesting, with little decorative details and walkability built in from the start, it's almost like you've played this before! 🙌🙌

At 17:44, upgrading existing roads is possible with this tool. Just of out of the road selection, then open the tool, and select "Zoning Tool" on the plugin, and you would have a tool on existing roads. In this case, Left and Right can be anything, though.

How about Santa Camellia? An American/Hispanic take on settlement naming but since Tea is actually Camellia sinensis, the name Saint Camelia is slightly changed... Nice to see modding back in fashion again too. Some very nice stuff on it's way as well! Glad you're also back on your feet.

I appreciate you sharing about your difficulties with health; it had a timely encouraging effect on me today as I’ve been relatively unwell this school year and even missed work again today (though not comparable to yours haha) I appreciate living vicariously through your builds! Switchelburgh is what I’m throwing in the hat! I made switchel for the first time recently to help my stomach though it’s probably closer to a kombucha than a tea; it is very American!

City Skylines 2 looks incredible ! what a differece! I'm a bit late to the tea party with this game ! And I only have PS5 version which is a bit janky but I'm totally hooked ! It's taken me three maps to get to grips with everything but I adore it ! I'm watching your previous playthroughs when I'm not playing myself ! You are amazing at this game ! 🙏 pleased you are recovering well Biffa blimey you do t have a bit of luck health wise ! I'm happy to finally be watching your current series as you play !👍 It took me to my third map to realise I could upgrade roads without manually deleting the old road ! I bankrupted myself on my first map 😬😬😬😬😬 Also found out how to add traffic lights LMAO 😁 all great fun!

Great to have You back Biffa! The zoning toolkit mod has a button called "zoning tool". If You use that one You can change the zoning without deleting the road.

Americans don't really appreciate tea, unfortunately. However, there is a strong tradition of ice sweet tea in the American South. I don't like it, but a lot of people do. So my suggestion is: Sweet-Tea Springs. There's even a "Sweet Springs" in Missouri.

Great that you're feeling better Biffa, nice one mate. Where you placed the road alongside the farmers fields I think it would be nice if there was a tall hedgerow between the road and the field.

New name suggestion 'Tetleyburgh' Plus it would be cool to have 'estate' after the name of each area with its own main park. eg. 'teapot Estate', this map reminds me a little of Scotland and Yorkshire were lords and lady's own estates were small villages are situated. great to see you back in action Biffa :D

Playing off of some American names: Cincinnatea, kunteaky, Teaveland, Tealedo, Brew York, Brewfalo, Brewswick, Houstean, Austean, Memsips, Miwalktea, Mississippitea (make a district name to remember the old city), Teaxas, Teannessee. All I can think of right now. I would also suggest on naming the city as a whole ending in county (or countea if you will) and naming the individual cities to be apart of the county.

Zoning Tool mod can be used on existing roads. CityPlannerPlays shows how in his latest mod video. You click on the Zoning Tool button at the bottom of the ui box. My vote for the name is Icedteaburgh.
