At 45:00 --- When you're stuck someplace, you can do this. 1. Open your inventory by pressing the I key. 2. Hover the mouse pointer over the first icon in your inventory that has a diamond shape and looks like metal. 3. Wait for the counter to count down to zero. 4. You will die and then you can respawn at a bed. Since you are stuck under your Pteranodon and inside the campfires, this will get you out. And since you are close to your base, you can easily retrieve all your stuff.

When taming dinosaurs make sure that they don’t take damage when knocked out, it will lower the level it will become when tamed. Dino will gain half of total levels when tamed with efficient food/kibble. Example tame a lvl 10 it will gain 5 lvls= lvl 15. The dinos all have different base stats but every level they have has a chance to be put into a random stat so getting the highest level dinos is the best idea but the points aren’t distributed evenly, some may have higher/lower health, attack, etc. than others

At 59:10 and 1:28:05 --- To get pelt, you harvest it from specific dinos in the same way that you get hide. The best place to find them are the dangerous places --- the Redwood Forest and the Snowy Mountains. The dinos are: - Castoroides (looks like a beaver) - Dire Bear - Direwolf - Equus (looks like a horse) - Mammoth - Megaloceros (looks like an elk) - Megatherium (looks like a big sloth) - Otter - Ovis (looks like a sheep) - Procoptodon (looks like a kangaroo) - Woolly Rhino - Yutyrannus

Arc is divided into biomes. You have your wetlands, your Highlands. Your seasides and you're arctic and swamps Each having their own advantages and disadvantages, it's good to have. Base locations in each start small Explorer. 4 walls and a bed is all you really need to restart.

You are really moving along! The only thing I would say is leaving your tames on passive they won’t fight for themselves or you. I normally leave mine on neutral. They will then fight for you, themselves and other tames. Hugs!❤

When in doubt carry sleeping bags and and a box for exploring Set your sleeping bag and box in a quiet location nearby. Park your bird up high. Put all of your items in the box and explore freely. If bad things happand we know they will, you will respawn In your bag and your items will be in your box. Set another bag and continue to explore carry as many bags and boxes as you need.

Argentavis can carry both the Doedicarus and Ankylosaurus. The Anky can harvest metal like the Doed harvests stone with their tail swipe. You are doing great and should probably now learn how to make the electric generator, cryofridge and a bunch of cryopods. Save all your Dino’s and more. Good luck and keep going!

Love the layout plenty of room to move. Just missing the final touches that will come in time. Crafting a fabricator will allow you to. Craft a generator which is really going to light things up.

There's a neat little Dino called a dodecaress. Which produces rock if you could tame one you would have All the rock you would need....he looks like a rolly polly

At 19:25 --- When you are transferring items, faster ways to do it are: 1. To transfer the entire stack, hover the mouse over the stack and press T on the keyboard. 2. To transfer just 1 item from the stack, double-click on the stack. 3. To transfer 5 items from the stack, hold down SHIFT and double-click on the stack. 4. To transfer half of the stack, hold down SHIFT and drag the stack. 5. To drop the entire stack (get rid of it) hover the mouse over the stack and press the O key. 6. To transfer all items, click on the icon at the top of the inventory that looks like two arrows pointing in both directions.

At 1:24:20 --- When you tame (or kill) a dino that has a baby, afterwards the baby can be tamed immediately. Just go up to it and press the E key. But they will wander away pretty quickly, so you will have to do it fairly fast.

The Arg probably has a higher carry weight than the PT. Check pls.

To get artifacts you have to explore the caves And they're usually found at the end of them.

Make Preserving bin , pestal and mortar.put in flint and stone to make spark powder then put it in the preserving bin and put your meat and berries and soft poly and your kibbles and other stuff that has spoil times on them .much later you will have fridges♥️💯💪🦖🙏.You need a lot of patience in this game G . You are getting much better at this game, I would leave all Dinos on neutral, as if they get attacked they have a chance to defend themselves, the PTs are best on passive/flee build a food trough so you can just put all types of food into feed the dinos, it covers quite a big area and all dinos within the area will use it.. But you are doing great..

I don't know if you haven't realized already but most of dinos have 2, 3 or even 4 abilities Prove right click or C button or ctrl while riding a dino, Argentavis is really useful because he can carry dinos such as your sabertooth, that will help you a lof fpr farming and taming other dinos

You can make a boat and build on it with foundations like a base on water. If you tap "T" instead of holding it down it tells who you're looking at to follow, "Y" tells them to stop. The beaver is amazing for wood. If you were to tame the mammoth you can get the baby too. And last one... I only set them to passive in certain situations because if you leave them passive at the base while you're gone you could lose everything. I've done that a few times.

You are doing GREAT! When you are taming larger dinos, they tend to have higher torpor. With your settings, you may have to use more tranqs to put them to sleep. As they get closer to a torpor level for ko, they will run. During that run, they usually dont attack. They just try to flee. One tip, when you are waiting for your tame and you're done putting taming food in it, stand away from it. Most big dinos wont have things to attack it but other dinos will attack YOU. So if you're standing next to it while it sleeps, you don't want it to get damaged or killed. Later, as you get better with ARK and play using higher lvl dinos, you will want to make sure you have the highest taming efficiency to get max levels when tamed. Love watching every minute! I'm sorry for your Pteranodon. If dinos grow up near structures they can tend to get stuck in them. Sometimes I have to hit them once or twice and it can push them off the object. But I don't think there was anything you could do in that situation without cheats. You can cheat through objects if that is something you would be interested in the future. I also wanted to add that it was really cool that you got a green baby. None of you others were green that I recall which means your baby got a color mutation which give it two extra stats and also a random color. I'm glad that the new baby got the color too because its not always passed down when they make a new baby. I'm sure one of your many comments says this already but your new dino, Casty is one of the bevers that they are talking about that gives fur :) We just call them bevers instead of the ark name because its too long and bever is easier lol.

The animals up where you get the rocks and metal are Anky's they are good for getting metal very fast your Argy can carry them up and down the mountain if you pump levels into weight on your bird🐦

Dinos only take fall damage when ridden, so get them to follow you down mountains if you think they'll fall.

You need make some cryopodes will help alot to move your Dino. To one base to another easy you make them in loot drops or at obelisk

Use the spyglass to examine dinosaurs to check levels, sex and names. Also you can see farther away.

Smelt all your raw metal in the forge while you go explore and when you come back you'll have ingots

I was hoping that when you got the wolf to jump off mountain that you would go skn it. Just for you to find out that was what you meeded.

I know its an old video but if you need to go off a cliff with a tame, dismount just before you hit the ground and your creature wont take damage

You can find otters by the water, but they are hard to find cause they are tiny. And if you see a wild animal, with a baby, you can just kill the parents and take the baby for a pet to make it easier to tame. Or you can tame the parent and claim the baby right away, but you're gonna have to be quick cause once you tame the parent, the baby will wander off. Another advance tip is that you can make a 'cryopod' by any of those big 3 coloured obelisk (green, blue, red) when you access the console. Put in the materials needed and you can make them. Cryopods are basically like pokeballs where you can just put your dinos inside and keep them in your inventory and take them out when you want to. You can make as many of them as you want. It's ideal for when you're out taming or bringing large pets like Rexy with you.👌

tame another argentavis make sure the level is higher and please make a spyglass so you don't have to go close to the Dinos

If you're looking for cementing paste, you might try the redwoods. Beaver dams are full of it. But beavers can be nasty.

The only problem about building a house on the top of the mountain are Giganotosaurus and Carcharodontosaurus, those are the dinos you saw in the volcano, as you already saw them there, you should not worry about finding them on your house because there are only 1 or 2 at the same time, but if you're unlucky and they spawn near your base..... 💀

For clarification on a comment I made. When you are riding a rex, they attack directly in front of them. Smaller adversaries will get under your feet and overwhelm you. To prevent this from happening while being attacked on your Rex, continue backing up so that's your target is in front of you and not under you.

First off, you should always increase the weight of the animal right away, so it can carry you. But next time you get stuck on an animal like a bird, remember you can always get off while its flying and then you can enable wandering so it flies away. And if you get stuck between a rock and a hard place, just go in your inventory at any time and hover over 'your specimen implant', wait for the countdown, and just respawn. You will die, but you can just easily get your stuff back again, especially if you are just right by your house. But congrats on taming your first Rex! I loved your reaction when you got it.😄

I early game when taming larger dinos will build a small shack in the area of the tamed dino I sometimes put my dinos on neutral so that i hey are attacked they can find back. In ark few ties do my plans come through I start out going to do something then get distracted then again distracted hours later I realize that I never did get what I planed done lol

Your babies grow WAY too fast. Your settings are all crazy. Maybe due to the mods you have installed. As a baby is growing, you should get chances to "imprint" on them. If you get a full imprint of 100%, they dino will get bonus stats, up to 20%. I don't know if you followed someone's instructions on setting up the game, because babies should take quite some time to grow.
