Jenny is trying to get paid but also warn us that the game has SO MANY BUGS.

Either people didn’t watch the full video or just didn’t get it, because Jenny handles this video so well. Several times the stalking scenes are a reference to EA making sure of her liking of the game, and in the final scenes she seemed nervous. Honestly, if you knew what was happening in the video, it makes it so much more entertaining.

Oh boy, I'm sure buying Star Wars(TM) Battlefront(TM) now. All because of Jenny. I guess EA Games(TM) should give her more money.

EA is the stalker in this video, aren't they? Trying to make sure you're promoting Battlefront 2.

1.8k dislikes. So, she was offered a free trip to fly out and try the new, thoroughly hyped Star Wars game before its official release, presumably along with a sizeable cash incentive. She of course eagerly signed whatever they handed her, too excited by this incredible offer to pause for a moment and think, “wait, did you say EA?” Fast-forward a bit, and she realizes the true horror of her situation: She’s contractually obligated to make a video extolling the virtues of… Battlefront II. She can’t legally say anything bad about it without getting sued into oblivion. And yet, this is a girl whose entire claim to fame is brutally mocking everything, even the things she LIKES. So, how does she handle the situation? First, she explicitly states, upfront, that EA is paying her to make this video. She even mentions several times that she’s been bribed with food. Second, she makes the intro to the video about her opening a super-ominous package about the trip. Third, she spends the bulk of the video talking about the trip itself, the backstory of the characters, the plot of the campaign in a multiplayer-heavy game… She spends very little time talking about actual gameplay, and about one minute on the multiplayer. She even makes fun of some of the design decisions about as much as she reasonably could without violating the terms of her contract. Fourth, “And- And caves with bugs. Just… so many bugs! *Gasp* Just bugs, caves of bugs… pods, with bugs inside of them, bugs flying at your face, angry bugs… But the bugs are like, the size of goats. You do not want to go there!” Yes yes, CLEARLY she’s talking about literal bugs. Fifth, multiple shots repeatedly establish that somebody is stalking her and recording from a distance, and seems very nervous and scared even in her hotel room. You know, almost like somebody is threatening her to behave a certain way. Sixth, she even goes so far as to tell us exactly what EA wants to see in response to this video, all but guaranteeing that almost nobody will react that way. What she says encourages us to react poorly, effectively ruining her own chances of getting EA to come anywhere near her ever again. Seventh, she implores us to “be nice in the comments don’t blow this for me you guys,” despite having mentioned several times prior the absolute storm of hatred and bile that can be found in RU-vid comments. You’ll also note that in said comments, she liked several comments that hinted at what was really going on here. And finally… she ends on a creepy music sting. 1.8k people didn’t get it. 1.8k people thought she was honestly shilling for Battlefront II. 1.8k people say she sold out to EA. And that… scares me a lot more than EA does.

People, when she did this (event was on Nov 3, almost 2 weeks ago) it still looked like a decent game. Not sure on how these sponsored videos work but I imagine it's pretty hard to back out of, especially after attending the event and putting the time into the video.

Guess she play tested mostly the campaign, and for the Multiplayer she played a fully unlocked version. She did not get the paywall locked version that released. So don’t be hating on her for not mentioning the controversy, because she wasn’t aware of it yet.

Jenny is trying to make a living by appearing on the internet. How can people call this selling out? She is completely upfront about what this is. She should take every opportunity she wants to explore.

Maybe a dumb question but...what's with all the people saying she could get sued if she said anything disparaging? I used to write paid reviews, and I was never told they had to be positive. It was just kind of understood that when they were negative, I probably wasn't going to be asked to review anything by the same creators again.

My favorite part starts at 4:02. Gets me everytime.

Because of this video I bought Battlefront 2, honestly it was super good and I don't know what everyone was talking about I've already got all the characters and I didn't have to pay a dime more. There were some odd things about the game though that caught me off guard, not once did I see an option for in game purchases and I didn't even have to play online which I was prepared for. I went out of my way to buy the lan connector for my ps2 and everything, who knew games still had split-screen!

Great video, after watching it I'm definitely going to get Battlefront II. I think my favourite aspect of the game are the loot boxes, they are so rewarding and satisfying to open and I think more games should have them. I also really like how balanced the multiplayer is where everyone is on equal ground which really tests your skill and quick wit to come out on top. I think Battlefront II is going to be my game of the year and EA is truly an amazing company for making it. Please send help I don't have much time they're coming for m
