After 15 mins of press RB to go destinations being on screen, you finally found the destinations screen. I'm not sure that's a destiny problem bud lol, fun video, well worth the like and sub 👏

yes, it is very confusing to start playing because its so old. things get added on top of other stuff previously added so jumping in for the first time or returning after a while must be a nightmare because not enough is explained by the game its self. the other problem is for the long term players, like myself, is they are so reluctant to add real content, so a new user isnt as confused, that there becomes less real content to do. i started playing about a little over two years ago and have spent a small fortune on this game. a lot more than the 8 or so years i played WoW. note this is in 2 years compared to 8. at its core it really is a fantastic game, the gun play is superb, graphics are dated but good and the story is usually fairly engaging. the problem is as with every long running game is content burn out for long term players and confusion for new. i still play occasionally and enjoy the game but the chances of seeing new players join and staying is slim. it presents its self as a simple game but it really isnt. its cost to get up to current content is extremely predatory. i couldnt recommend this game, as much as i enjoy it, for these reason mainly. its a shame because it is a really good game at its core. unlike other games of this style you can buy the current expansion and be fine, with destiny, that is not really the case. there will be certain things that might be required locked behind a previous expansion. this then is a problem of the developers and the community. the community want you to have certain things locked behind these pay walls to play or compete with them and the developers are reluctant to give you access to these without paying for them. thats is the biggest problem with this. theres sub classes locked behind these pay walls, exotic guns and armour that can be relevant, all while the developers are trying to say its a live service 'free to play' model. really its just a demo you get for free to play as it is extremely expensive to truly on board. tldr: great game that is both expensive and confusing for new and returning players. do not be fooled in to thinking it is a true free to play game and even buying the current xpac + season isnt enough.

I recently got into d2 because i was always curious, bored and it was on sale for the holidays so i was like "why not?" And the gameplay is fun, the design is cool and all but the story is a mess. I love the ideas behind it but they throw me at the end of the line and I'm like "uhm who is this? What am i doing? Why am i doing this? WHY ARE YOU IMPORTANT???" I hate the "you had to be there" mentality for the story and i also hate that there is no solo play to progress some parts. Great ideas and gameplay but I'm glad that I didn't pay full price for it. It does scratch my sci-fi archer fantasy itch in no way that anything else has ever done.

5/10 is wild , also unless you want 400 go taken up they’re going to get rid of old content

Many contentent on this game I cannot play even payed with money as is so hard and i am 1840 is almos top level :/ (stuff like incursions have so complex mechanics take over 5 hours is so tedious i never did full one lol ) and the game is just grinding for weapons nothing else Yes it is just 5/10 for this game

Avid destiny 2 player here... i wanted to start off by saying as someone who has put in arpund 5 years into the game your score is absurd. By no means could destiny ever achieve such a high ranking. You obviously havent played enough like the rest of us... i suggest you put in at least 84 hours and reconsider your score

I love when bad video game players make a review on a game they are horrible at. Also, simultaneously not opening your eyeballs to see the many hints the game is giving you but you continue to ignore them. How about just say you aren’t good at the game instead of the game isn’t good.

"the original Destiny story was very straight forward" is the biggest cope/revisionist history ive ever heard.

I did really like Destiny 1 tons. But the instant I played Destiny 2 when it came out, I was immediately just done with it right there and there lol. Same reasons ya said too, it's "fine" for what it is but it is literally just Destiny 1 but with sprinkles on top of it. Sure that's okay for some but for anyone else? Probably best to move on
