I think Aminu Baba has been killing humans, selling their parts for ritualists, & later developed the taste for eating leftover parts so traces will be cleared or to leave no trace. Note: the majority of his family members know, especially the wives & the older children. The children may have been prevented from eating, but the wives definitely eat with him, because they prepare the meal.
He might have sold the parts he didn’t need to some restaurant proprietors and some Suya sellers, God help us all. I am gravitating towards just chicken and fish now.

In my own point of view, I think Baba was not eating the meat instead he was selling it to other people. I had one of my neighbors who is an el'haji who was dealing with bones and fletch of humans for greater politicians
