i remember i had to do a no sugar diet (for health reasons) and now i don't eat sugar that much anymore but i remember when i first cut out sugar I got so dizzy i nearly fainted simply cause my body ran on sugar instead of proper energy yk? I got headaches and I was soooo tired but now if i genuinely want something sweet I go for 90% dark chocolate! cutting sugar out was defo a life saver

This video dropped at such perfect timing for me because for weeks I've been trying to cut out sugar but couldn't bring myself to start doing it! Thank you for sharing your experience, it's good to know that there are people who also struggle with this. This video now gave me a push to start cutting sugar too! Thank you! I'll know that I won't be doing it alone.

Did a month off sugar in January, and my week one experience was similar. Wish I'd never started eating it again as now I'm right back where I started - buuuut my goal was to do 3 months off in total this year and this video was great inspo for the next one which I'd better do soon...

I'm considering cutting sugar too. I noticed recently that I crave sugar so much and as you said it doesn't need to be sweets. Sugar can be found in savoury foods too. I am planning a sugar detox for myself. And I can't wait to see your progress. 😊

i tried doing a non sugar diet like a month ago, but i actually failed in just three days. those three days were so hard, i felt really dizzy, and i just felt the need of eating sugar. i thought the fruits would solve the problem but the craving was so bad. i am a person who also loves sugar and eat sugar every single day, so i can relate to this so much! btw i love your editing!! 🫶❤

I absolutely love this series!!!! I’m feeling inspired to cut out sugary food too. They sneak it into everything, especially over here in the US. Similar to your gummy bears story…I was reading about all the carcinogens in candy while I was eating Turtles 😭 Also, I just wanted to let you know that someone got into the Language Buddies Discord server and spammed an unfathomable amount of pornographic content :((

Girl I'm commenting before I watch it. I was waiting for the second episode. So excited. I watched the trailer and first episode multiple times to motivated myself daily. I also started doing things to live my dream life this week and I started small and I have never in my life been this consistent, like my habit tracker is glowing 😂😂 Continue this series, we're rooting for you Anna (also getting some motivation and tips) ❤❤

100% durum pasta doesn't have added sugar in it. Also a lot of other food you mention cutting out don't contain added sugar. You can't lose weight from 'inflammation'. U can lose water, fat and muscle mass mainly - water and carbon dioxide on the chemical level. (Weight loss can reduce overall inflammation levels though) I agree with lowering refined sugar as much as possible and don't want to discredit any personal experience or feelings, but pls be more mindful with scientific information you're spreading

the first few days might be a little difficult but you'll feel AMAZING after. I'm on day 10 right now and considering to keep this going for much longer

Я ужасная сладкоежка, поэтому отказ от сладкого был для меня прям челленджем. Сперва я отказалась от сахара на 21 день, а после через полгода на 40 дней. В первый раз у меня была огромная мотивация, я скинула 7 кг, моя кожа улучшилась и я не позволяла себе даже каких-то вредных снеков. К сожалению, во второй раз я больше концентрировалась на сахаре, а не на полезности еды. Поэтому такого результата не было. Сейчас снова хочу, поскольку очень много ягод уже появилось, да и овощей тоже. В общем - полезная вещь на время, но на постоянку я б не рискнула) слишком уж люблю сладкое

Nothing she said was unrealistic and if you paid attention she said her goal is to cut out all refined sugars, BUT if she wants a sweet treat once in awhile she will.

То же самое - первые 3-4 дня - самые тяжёлые, хочется буквально всего. А потом привыкаешь, какие-то сладости становятся на вкус слишком приторными, и их уже не так хочется

I’m on day 10 ! Weirdly enough , i was craving pasta more than chocolate during the first days, and I still am to be honest ! The only thing that keeps me going is knowing that I’m only doing this for only a month haha
