Welcome to our first vlog officially as RU-vidrs!! What the heck... In this video, we talk about how and why i quit my teaching job to do RU-vid full time, we bring you along for Ellen's first half marathon and then a relaxing spa break at the elms hotel and spa. I like hearing about the diet and fitness content and would like more of it. I worry when people become full time youtubers as the content becomes just for contents sake. Please if you can try to keep it centred around you and your interests. Ootd's, day in the lifes, challenges are all good fun. Thanks both for sharing and keeping us all entertained. Enjoy every minute u can of their childhood i had 5 boys under 6 it was crazy hectic rewarding frustrating at times they are all grown now i really miss my babies but am incredibly proud of the men they have become and whats more i did it all single handed ( lost my partner ) its goes so fast

Ell it will be so good for the boys to have you at home. And your teaching skills will be used with them. You can start pre school home schooling. Encouraging them to sit for five minutes every now and then will be so good for them and for you

I remember leaving my job of teaching after my first child was born. Nearly 30 years later and several more children it was the best blessing in my life to be a homemaker and mother. Now even with the last away at school I could go back but I can now leave for weeks and sometimes months to be with my children and grandchildren. It is a stressful blessing.

Looking forward to your future content. I’m hoping to see more of your fitness and home gym. I’ve noticed a lot of family you tubers are branching out into other content (not just family content). I think this is a great idea as I’m sure we are all aware you tube could change in regards to family vloggers. There’s a lot of uproar about filming children without their consent. It’s a shame that Ell couldn’t remain as a part time or job sharing teacher so she could retain benefits and her pension as these are so valuable. But I am happy to see the boys more.

She was part time for the last 6 months but still wanted to be at home. Pension is defo a big drawback to being self employed but we will set up a private pension in future x

Hello Ell, well done on your dream of a Daughter and Dad race, you smashed it! Congratulations on your new career adventure and I know how much you want to spend time at home with Ari and Noah, they are growing up so fast. I would love to see a video about how to have a special wedding on a budget, maybe a do's and don't vlog as me and my fiancé are getting married in January 2026. It would be really nice to see Mummy vlogs too. If you both felt comfortable in sharing, it would be good if you would like to do a vlog about infertility, after infertility and the highs and lows of the process.
