Deya, thanks for this video. I've realized that outreach for freelancing is quite unlike most other endeavours. Say you want to run a half marathon in September, so you pick out a training program, set your goals, then put in the regular effort...then chances are you'll be ready for the race in September. It's been like that for most of my life: focus on the goal, put in the effort, get the results. High school, univ, learning a new language, etc. But outreach is different - you could put in the effort but NOT get any results. And it's easy to get discouraged. But if the focus is changed from the goal to the system that produces the goals...then things are different. Just work on refining the system and "the goal will take care of itself."

Hey Laiba - how many jobs are you applying to daily? I'd also recommend diversifying your client acquisition to beyond Upwork to test out other methods! :)
