I don't understand. First of all, you would have to be eavesdropping on someone private conversation which I could see how many might take offence to that. Second you would be spending the customers money on their behave (or giving away free hotdogs?). What if they are full? What if they don't find the value proposition of a hotdog worth its price. Third you have no way of telling if the food was made hygienically. If the customer got food poisoning from the hotdog who would be held responsible? Not to mention the staff would need to leave the restaurant for who knows how long and wait for the dog to be made (also what toppings would you put on the dog when you don't know the person personal tastes or possible allergies). I couldn't go to the front desk to ask a question on a customer's behave without getting in trouble with my supervisor. Something way more practical would be to do some quick google searches and recommend a place nearby.
