when melting the plastic for the bracket on the headlight i always just use a soldering iron. can fully melt both pieces together then

I use a tie wrap for plastic welding rod 😂

I use a hot knife or flat head screw driver to heat up

Get yourself a plastic welder mate and use staples to attach those headlight brackets. Then cover the repair in black two part adhesive and sand flush to finish. Solid like new that way 👌🏻

You wanna get a lug repair kit for that headlight as it broke when you installed it or replace the headlight. Have to do it properly or don’t do it at all 👍🏻 heating it up won’t cut it.

For those that saw the clip snap, off camera I melted it together again and it eventually stayed as you can see in the next part of the video when I showed the light was solid 😂

Well done lad. I did notice though that plastic clip you melted together did break when you rested the headlight in position i seen it break on the video. You must have noticed it 🤷🏾‍♂️ surely... deffo see it re break as you rested the light into position b4 bolting it in

I’ve now had 4 people smash into me, 20mph rear end, women crashed into me on a roundabout ripped my front end off, drunk smashed into the rear wing while parked and another drunk hurried his work van in the front of my car. Rebuilt it each time and like you say, cost me chips really. I love it too much to let it go man 😂

yes you can repair the broken leg for headlights but wont be last long you can always buy for any headlights headlight repair kit ;)

When it’s possible, I would definitely take to garage to someone do run AC UV dyed leak check as I could see AC condenser is bented so it’s might be leaked. I know that corsa had old gas and it’s illegally to let’s gas escaped to environment. Plus it’s will be big boosted profit if air conditioning is functional.

it looks good but.... what about that RUST????? also that clip broke the second you put the headlight on. There are ways, but using fire is not one of them. to properly bond the plastic, you need both sides to melt a bit. or two-component adhesive

All mostly surface rust on the subframe nothing on the chassis, also the clip broke but I re melted it back together off camera then showed the light was in solid

The clip on the headlight snapped straight off again. Then you lied and said it held. Why take us for mugs?

Watch again and look closer. Yes it snapped off but off camera I re attached it and it did hold which I clearly showed by trying to move the headlight.
