I'm going to be honest, I had doubts about the ghost app. The way it would say random words. Until you went into the forest and it became very active and even asked YOU a question. When it said your name my mouth dropped to the floor! I'm a believer in the app now. I'm waiting for the day you actually catch a figure on camera. Honestly, I would BOLT out of there during the first night I think 😂 the second night when you were using ghosttube and hearing noises IN THE DARK (howwww do you even dare to put off the lights), I was just thinking how can you even stay there 😅 and i don't even believe in the ghosttube app but still, i would be scared as hell!! This video I've been looking forward to the most. It's definitely scarier than the last time, that's for sure. Those voices coming through were freaking me out, too. So damn creepy! You need to do more spooky videos like this; they're the best. And it saying your name, yeah, it's definitely up there. That is a scary movie moment. You should go back there, but maybe in a different room next time.
Gavin these videos are something I now look forward to every fall season. Future haunts could be Bodmin Jail or Dartmouth, Devon the haunted maritime town or Manningtree, Essex where witchfinder General Hopkins search resulted in hundreds of deaths in the witch trials.

I just LOOOVE these halloween videos of yours, the ones that you stay in creepy/haunted places :D Th e combination of bookish stuff and a haunting castle just works so well! I don't wanna belittle your experiences or anything. But since I live in an old house, there are flies and even spiders inside the house, especially in the autumn time. It's quite disgusting and not nice, I admit that, but I don't necessarily think it automatically has something to do with death or decay, it's just the nature of old houses. But I can easily believe that it adds up to your scary experiences in the castle!
I've stayed at Chillingham Castle several times. If you go back again you should try staying in the Lookout apartment, we've had plenty of experiences in that apartment.

Great vlog! Unfortunately, I also got the Evernight edition of Silver Nitrate, and try as I might, I couldn't finish it. It's just too slow. I love a slow burn, but Silver Nitrate was too tedious.
I don't know if you noticed it but there's a very strange, deep indentation on the closest bed (and a smaller but similar spot on the futher) at 1:02:31 as if something very heavy was placed there. And at 1:18:25 keep a close eye on the small, dark middle window, it looks like a figure is watching, walking slightly left to right. The ghost app saying your name was good compelling evidence.
The Scooby-Doo song is soooo nostalgiccccc 😭 my brother and I had the soundtrack to movie and I loved that song but thought I was weird for playing it on repeat... I think about it every spooky season 🥹
