Surely those resume links are working. Real talk tho, I think people need to consider that they look at the resume quickly cause they have alot to review, so put your best or what will catch their eyes and make them interested in the top of the resume.
Resumes are the easy part. Passing interviews where you're expected to be an expert in literally everything even slightly tangentially related to the actual work you do on a daily basis is the hard part.
I'm literally the opposite. I've never not passed an interview before. Even if I didn't get accepted I'd be referred to another position. But it's so difficult for me to even get to the interview stage because I'm shit at writing resumes and cover letters.
@@csy897 Oh wow, that's quite the opposite. I'd say my interview pass ratio is maybe 1/3? But I've had interviews before without even submitting a resume, they just pulled my info off LinkedIn.
