Remember the 1940's and the first tube televisions in black and white? This is that for autonomous robots. Now wait 20 years and imagine what we will see. I imagine humanoid robots with realistic faces and skin. Terminators.
This seems so off. He promises a lot, but he has promised similar for other companies he created and it never happened. If this is true and the robots did all of this - impressive and scary. But if the robots are remote controlled by staff then it's just promises for a distant future. There are other companies however that are much more quiet than musk and they already have factory worker humanoid robots much more impressive and scary than Musks because they are already out there and they are autonomous and most importantly they are strong they lift and stack heavy boxes with no problems.
By the way guys, speaking of sexbot, checkout the movie Subservience with Megan Fox, a great movie on this subject that totally went under the radar. It's like someone listened to you Jody.
