I just turned 67 last week. With the confirmation of your advice to draw slow and steady, I regularly use my Carta2, set around 500 (depending on the material) and 60 seconds. One good hit, maybe a 2nd as the heat dissipates. Doing anything else seems like a waste to me. Thanks.
