In 2019 I shaved my head as a sponsored event and to donate to a charity that makes wigs for children who have lost their hair. I recently decided that I wanted to do it all over again so here I am...
This video is filmed in live time with some advice for those who are watching because they are thinking of shaving their head and is dedicated to the memory of the person who inspired me to do it the first time; Janet Lachica.

You look fantastic with your head shaved! I'm watching this with sponge rollers in my hair because I decided I liked the look of curls a couple of years ago. To each their own!

Thanks so much! 🧡 My hair is naturally curly. I do love curls! For now I can’t be bothered with the upkeep but when I go fully grey I’ll grow them back and let it go wild!

It was a fun video to watch and i commend your cause! I think it is real noble to donate for wigs for kids. One question---did you ever consider shaving your head smooth bald rather than buzzcut?

Honestly, no. Last time I kept it at a grade 2, this time I went for a grade 1 and didn't like how much I could see my scalp through it so let it grow back to a grade 2 which is where I want to keep it for the foreseeable. If I ever had to go skin, I would embrace it, but for now, no plans to. Though I never imagined that I would ever have it short at all so who knows!

Yes, I tried to get the video out on the anniversary but just missed it. I hope the family are healing well. Pete and I talk about Janet regularly. We are hoping to meet up this summer with another of the Dubai lot. Will send a photo when we do. Lots of love ❤️

People will use the words brave and courageous when a women shaves her long hair. But they aren't running into a burning house saving lives What you are is amazing, stunning, bold, beautiful and sexy! Yes I said SEXY I loved this video and the voice over explaining your personal experiences and societies and generations views and reactions to a woman's hairstyle It's definitely pulverizing in certain countries!

@@MarcelloAllegretti If my hair was the only thing beautiful about me I’ve got more to be upset about than this comment. 😅 Plus I value my beauty by things like the fact I’m willing to shave my head to donate it to children with cancer over my looks.
