I've got that exact same truck - same year, same paint, same rust. LOL (I've also got a yellow '77 that I've been driving since 1993.) You've done an amazing job rebuilding it. And an equally amazing job documenting your rebuild.

It may not totally be your cup of tea, but there is a post I think you will like. It's called Merlins old school garage. He is 100% diesel through and through. He took a black VW Jetta and turned it into a truck. There is a kit that fits amazingly and you really can't tell it was modified. When it was done he took a round trip of 600 miles to get a motorcycle. On the way back I think he got 54 mpg and said in the desert he was 90+ a lot of the time. You may like it!

Austin, great channel keep up the content. It may be a little late for this build, with respect to the carpet. You may want to consider something from a mk1 rabbit 4 door or even the cabriolet. I have an 81 Rabbit pickup and the cabin space looks very close in size. Just a suggestion. Keep up the great content

You have those heart stickers on the cab, so I'm thinking maybe a vintage-ish pin stripe down the skirts might work, and maybe fancy up the "Toyota" on the tailgate.
